Construction Company reviews in Oakland Park, Florida

Mark Lynch is thorough and qualified. I had a project that had a very specific timeline with no margin for error. Mark made sure all aspects of the job were executed perfectly and in a timely manner. Could not have been happier with the process, execution and service.

Mark did a great job solving a complicated problem for us in a very cost effective way. He's a joy to work with on any project. A consummate professional and an honest dealer. Highly recommend!

Very good customer service, very helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely Amazing! Mark and his team are the best. Very professional, up front, proactive and a pleasure to work with. Does a great job. Have also referred him to others that have called to thank me for referring him. Especially in this climate of General Contractors that over charge, don't show up, under deliver, he is a refreshing change. Don't hesitate ...absolutely the best!!!

Mark did a major penthouse renovation for us. We are very happy with the outcome. Mark was on top of every aspect of the job. His communication with us was excellent. In spite of the job being difficult the it did come in in a timely manner.
Would definitely use him again!

Mark repaired a balcony structure on our home. I found him to be thoughtful, responsive and able to navigate the city permit system. I would engage him again for additional work.

Mark and his team helped me renovate both my kitchen and primary bathroom on time, within budget and I could not be happier with the outcome. Mark made sure to keep me in the loop as things were progressing and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Broadstone Construction is my go to company for any future projects -no matter how big or small!

Broadstone Construction did an incredible job transforming our two outdated bathrooms in to works of art. Their constant communication and attention to even the smallest detail made working with them a true pleasure. It's obvious from the start they take pride in their work and constantly go above and beyond to exceed expectations- the results speak for themselves. We will definitely be working with them on future projects and can't speak highly enough for their work.

Broadstone handled a complicated flooring replacement for us. The owner, Mark, is a man of integrity. He is detailed and prices fairly. We will not hesitate to use Broadstone again.

I have been working and referring business to Broadstone Construction for a while now. My customers are very please with the outcome. Mark did an amazing job on all the renovations which allowed us to sell the properties at top dollar amount. He did amazing work and high end finishes. My customers loved the fact that there were no surprises and the process of the renovations went so smooth. The jobs were always done prior to the deadline. At the end of the day my customers are always happy. I look forward to working with Broadstone Construction and refer them out to everyone I know.

Mark and his team not only did a great job, but they were a joy to work with. Mark is a perfectionist who doesn't stop until the job is done right. Communication was easy, pricing was transparent and straightforward and the result was top notch.

Broadstone Construction did a complete house remodel for me. I have a lot of experience in the construction field. One of the best aspects of working with Mark and Broadstone is the proactive communication. It is so difficult to find contractors who get out front and give you all the information and keep you in the loop, especially when the typical unforeseen surprises of a remodel show up. My family and I were extremely pleased with the overall project that was completed in the timeline estimated. If we do another project in the area, Broadstone Construction will be my first call. I would highly recommend Mark and his company with confidence. Great guy who honors his commitments! That seems very hard to find these days.

Mark did a fantastic job renovating my condo. He kept me updated with every phase of the project. Even though there were some surprises, he stayed true to the original estimate. Mark is fair, honest and a really good guy. I will definitely use him for any upcoming projects
