In fact, I thought he didn’t even speak English because he wouldn’t acknowledge anything I said. This job was expensive and I don’t appreciate the unfriendly attitude. Will go back to my original electricians. PSA FOR ALL COMPANIES: STOP ASKING CUSTOMERS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS AND HOVERING OVER THEIR SHOULDERS. It’s unprofessional.

I was having some electrical issues with my home. Joe came out and looked at the problem, and gave me a quote. Alfredo returned to do the job and he was amazing. Fast, clean, thorough, and just a super friendly, highly skilled electrician. I can’t remember the last time I was so happy with any at home service. I found Happy Home Electric on the internet along with a few others. After getting quotes and meeting Gerhard, I felt confident that Happy Home will do the quality work that was needed, and that they will do what they say in the time frame they say it. They did not disappoint! They were flexible with my timeline and finished the job exactly in the time they said it would be completed. Both electricians Jose and John did a great clean job. Jose made sure he called 30 min before the appt and was always on time as it was 1 1/2 day job. Very polite, courteous, and patient as I had some follow up questions. And as important, very skillful. The same could be said for John. I would recommend them to family and will definitely use them again.

I really screwed up the wiring of a ceiling fan and lights to a wall switch. Moe responded the same day and was able to get the wiring straightened out and got the fan and lights working properly in no time. He was extremely competent and also very polite.

All electrical work was performed efficiently and as requested by Alfredo. Alfredo was personable, called prior to coming, arrived on time and did an excellent job. Best of all there were no surprises and I paid what was originally estimated.
