The follow up prior to the appointment was very good confirming they would be there and they showed up at the exact window of time, very thorough, knowledgeable & friendly. Examined my electrical panel & made professional recommendations on my electrical system. Explain the detail of it & followed up with a very reasonable estimate on the same day. I will be using them & I highly recommend her company to others.

Zero stars. This company does not stand behind their work! Run from them. They tried to charge me 520 bucks to switch out 2 light switches! Awful! I can’t say enough bad about them.

Jess Electric's team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. They provided an in-home evaluation and recommendation for replacement and upgrade of a kitchen central light fixture and over the counter pendants lighting.
The installs were executed neatly, and safety measures were always employed.

These guys are everything you want in an electrician: fast, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. They quickly diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue in my wall, and while they were here, they even took care of a couple of extra items without hesitation.

I wish I could give "ten starts"! The team at JessElectric are top notch masters at their trade. Our dock project required new electrical wiring, boat lift power, and custom-made components to be installed all while battling tides and stringent City requirements. The team at JessElectric tackled any issue head-on with innovative solutions, communicated often and clearly, were always punctual, passed all inspections first-round, and were always pleasant to work with. I highly recommend hiring them for any of your electrical needs.

We have now used Live Wire for two different jobs. All of their employees and electricians are excellent to interact with, timely and professional. 5 stars.

I called 3 times, the first 2 calls they didn't return my calls. 3rd call they couldn't give me an appointment. They said in 1 to 2 weeks they'd let me know when they could give me an appointment. All I wanted was a ceiling fan hung. At this point I'm calling other companies.
