Very unimpressed with this company. I waited for over 2 months for them to complete an easy project. I finally got fed up and asked another electric company, Joe from Only Electric, who did it in 24 hrs and on a weekend. I would not be writing a review but I got upset at the final straw - when their office person, Veronica, lied and said that "I cancelled" the long-awaited appointment this past week so they took someone else without even verifying, when all I did was explore what time they were going to arrive that day so I coudl coordinate with my schedule. I feel Tol Electric operations needs work, because dealing with them took a "tol" on my sanity (pun intended).

Being the son of a long time contractor, I've had the opportunity to work with MANY electrical contractors in my life and this company is by far the best I have ever worked with. Their technician Johnny worked quickly, precisely and never left us without power for more than a couple hours, even with a complete service panel upgrade/replacement. Light fixtures, receptacles, rewiring almost half the house AND a creating outlets for a new tankless water heater and a new washer and dryer. The amount of work he accomplished in just a few days was nothing short of astonishing. I HIGHLY recommend this company and in particular Johnny, his work ethic, customer service and fast, professional service are unparalleled in my 30 years working with contractors of literally every kind.

Tole electric is the best electrical company to use, They have done work at our business and at our residence. They are always prompt, courteous and do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible service took way too long and broke my router

Amazing company. I called them at 4 30 pm hoping to at least get an electrician the next day. I had one at my door in 10 minute . I had a broken water heater that the plumber couldn't fix and guessed it was electrical. The electrician checked it, immediately knew it wasn't electrical then spent the next hour helping me fix the water heater. He had no reason to do this as his only ask was to check the electric but he did it anyway. And amazingly, he somehow got it to start working. This was after a plumber spent 5 hours trying. I was amazed. Even though it was technically suppose to be an emergency billing rate, the manager charged me the regular rate and saved me having to get a new water heater (plumber quoted me $1,600). Support your small businesses guys, especially ones like these that aren't crooks.

MJK Electric was contracted to provide service to my community association. We received great, professional and timely service. There was a minor billing discrepancy that the representatives were very willing and quick to resolve. I recommend MJK Electric! 5 star!

After receiving multiple quotes for our electrical work, we chose MJK Electric to do the job. I cannot say good enough things about this business and their crew!
They showed up right on time with four crew members and a trainee. The entire team worked efficiently and effectively splitting up the work among themselves. The trainee worked side by side with the master electrician who explained things to him and had him do small odds and ends.
The entire team was very respectful and courteous. They did not lollygag and completed the job in the time frame as promised.
We had high hopes of them finishing the job in one day but they had to finish up for half a day the next day (as agreed upon pet contract)
They installed several hi-hats, replaced/installed four ceiling fans, modified and or upgraded light switches, upgraded existing electrical work in my garage.
We pointed out one snafu and they quickly agreed to correct it as it was stated in the proposal. Honestly having four of the hi-hats on the same switch really didn't make much of a difference to us.
There was an electrical issue with our halfway light and with our front porch light/sconces on the garage door.
They immediately came out the next day to rectify that problem as well.
MJK s very professional and I felt very confident about them from the estimate to the very end of the job. I would not recommend any other electrician and look forward to using them again soon.

Mike and his team always arrived on time. Provide proper scope of what needed completed. Executed the work in a very clean and professional manner. The prices are great for the service received. I have used MJK on two different occasions!

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have been referred MJK for my electrical needs. To say Mike, Judsen & their team potentially saved my life is not an overstatement. I had a horribly done home inspection on my new home, revealing illegal/unsafe conditions, many of which were very serious fire hazards. What was supposed to be a simple wire / panel movement for the building of a pool, turned into a week long project they were not entirely prepared for (given the scope of my original needs) even so, they made it very clear mine (& my dog’s!) safety was priority #1 & they were not leaving until all was finished. Their professionalism & sincere concern of my well-being absolutely blew me away. It is rare to find a company that truly wants you to feel safe & secure. Highly recommend MJK to anyone, the pride they take in their work & clients satisfaction is as impressive as it gets. Brice will miss the midday pets & attention for sure!

I called MJK Electric a couple days back with an electrical problem. The individual said their name was Michael, I believe and said they would have someone call me back. Never heard from anyone and it’s been going on two days. I guess don’t believe the hype on Google may be a good rule of thumb. I guess it is good to find out before you have someone possibly working on your house how well they follow thru. This is a zero star review to me.

Fantastic team, professional and very friendly. Timely, responsive, and efficient - what more can one want! Glad to have found my electrical team - they've worked on two outdoor pool-electrical projects in the last few weeks. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

We just did a complete condo remodel. Judd oversaw our project. Alrick was assigned to do all the work. In my lifetime I’ve never seen a better worker. Every facet of Alrick’s work is perfect. He bundled and cable-tied every cable to the infrastructure. Every switch and outlet is perfectly mounted. He accommodated every tweak we requested without hesitation. He arrived on time every day and he gave us his mobile number in case we had any issues. He swept the floor after completing each function. And he never forgot anything we asked. Alrick is fast, efficient, accommodating and friendly. If I still owned my systems company I’d try my best to hire him.

Judd oversaw our project and coordinated with vendors like Lutron to get our light control system configured to our evolving needs. When a cabinet vendor arrived several weeks after electrical was done, Judd offered to send Al back to our home to make adjustments immediately. He managed our change requests with ease and he did not nickel and dime us over changes.

The MJK office staff is friendly and responsive. You won’t find a better electrical contractor in South Florida.
