I'm so happy I found this business. They exceeded my expectations and treated us with kindness. Their communication was excellent at all times. As soon as they arrived, they got right to work. They are incredibly hardworking, truly real angels, and we are so grateful for everything they did. I would recommend them without hesitation.

After finishing renovations on my condo, I needed help with the cleanup before listing it for sale. Mike and his crew came through big time. They tackled tile, grout, construction dust and left the place looking amazing. They genuinely cared about getting things right. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

TMS cleaning is the absolute best service you can use for all of your cleaning needs. The crew came on time, they did an exceptional job cleaning my house from the top to the bottom, they came with their own cleaning products, worked quickly and were reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for any cleaning you may need!

I would have liked the opportunity to review their services, but unfortunately, their communication was so inconsistent and unprofessional that relying on them felt like playing the lottery. I spent over a week trying to engage with them, extending patience and understanding that businesses can sometimes be short-staffed but ultimately, the lack of basic follow-up and reliability made it impossible to move forward. I really wanted to support but please save yourself the time and headache.

I used TMS Cleaning & Maintenance to remove furniture and clean a home for a client prior to listing the property for sale. The staff and owner of TMS are very professional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless. The realtor even asked me for their contact information so that she could use TMS for getting other properties ready for sale. I highly recommend Michael and the team. I won't hesitate to use them again.
