I am the service manager of a local plumbing company and this place has to be the easiest to work with and most professional and knowledgeable equipment rental that we have had the pleasure of using. Recommend this place to every person I meet that needs to rent jetting or pressure cleaning equipment.

Good old fashioned style of business you didn’t think still existed. Saved me money, time and headaches. They got through my equipment issue by process of elimination. They sold me parts I really needed and and had no problem working with the equipment I already have.

I’ve been renting sewer jetters and pressure washers from Proline for well over ten years and it’s amazing to say that not only once have I been disappointed by them or their products. I don’t know their names, I don’t know anything about their personal lives, but these people have always made me, an anonymous customer, felt like part of the family, and in many occasions they have gone the extra mile to make sure of that. Thank you, guys.

Chase is one of the best in the business. We have been taking our equipment to them for years. They are very knowledgeable and will work with anything you send their way. They are not in the business of ripping people off. This is my go to for my jetting and pressure cleaning needs.

I've been to proline alot, always dealt with all the guys there there all helpful and kind. Used there rentals always an if there's a issue they make sure to fix it for sure! The owners are amazing Greg and his wife definitely the right people to be in the business of service in the industry they deserve it! The new girl at the front desk is amazing definitely kind, always puts us 1st when we are there making a order or getting a rental and I appreciate that 1000% I give her a big 👍🏼👍🏼 definitely what you need at a busy busy company is a woman like her handling things!! These folks don’t mess around. Quality local shop who truly care about what they do. The owner and his family are always there working hard too. The crew is always willing to help with a smile even when I know I’m pushing my luck asking 1000 questions. Anybody who has left a poor review must have bumped their heads and are confused. My pull start for my pressure washer broke on the job and I was able to get it fixed here with no delay. in and out and about 10 minutes prices were good service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. The guys knew what I needed and even though my stuff was old and outdated, they found a solution. The kicker was when he said, "have a nice day, No charge"! I just found my new go to supplier for all of my pressure cleaning needs.

I have called them multiple times to get parts over nighted and sent to the Bahamas and they always come through. The techs there are amazing at diagnosing things for me over the phone. Laurissa Is always super helpful and they go the extra mile. Amazing place. Family owned and super knowledgeable.

The staff here have the utmost competence in their field. Long over due review for Proline from BPS. There is not one Proline team member that has not been helpful and friendly. Most of the time we are getting supplies but the most important visits are when Chase and the guys are helping get us get back on the road after something breaks. I can remember the first time I went there and knew nothing... Greg and Chase dropped some knowledge that day and they continue too when its needed. I can't thank them enough and probably should put them on the Christmas card list. Thanks guys you are appreciated and I highly recommend using their services.

We are launching our business and have been popping in to ask questions here and there before making our initial equipment investment. They probably think we're a little cuckoo with all our questions but the team at Proline couldn't have been more patient and welcoming. They truly are high class folks who care about what they do. We have been going to this Proline location for about 8 years and about 5 years consistently. Greg (The Owner) & certified Big Dog is usually always there and is very helpful, great mechanic and has trained an extremely well trained and professional staff in every aspect of the business. They have built and maintained 2 of our big rigs and we travel just about one hour one way just to have them and only them work on our equipment due to their positive environment, honesty and integrity.
