Bait and Switch prices on Miracle Grow indoor potting mix. VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF IN WINDOW COVERINGS DEPARTMENT.

I'm not a big fan of any of the many large home improvement stores in the area. Customer service is weak and so is the variety of plants in the garden center. However Lowe's has Home Depot beat in my opinion.

There was no one to help me.. I asked the lady at register to get the lady but she said she was not allowed to page her only call and the lady didn't have her phone. The lady am talking about is from England or France not sure. But always has an attitude problem. She needs to know how to talk to people but the lady at register was nice and very helpful.

Neat and good variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Good collection of annuals. Need to go there monthly to check for new arrivals. Compare to their major competitor, Lowe's staff are friendlier and more professional. I feel like they really want you to buy their merchandise. The other company I guess is too big to give a damn.

Ian and his team were awesome!! When Ian came out to assess the damage in April he was very thorough and took the time to educate me and explain the steps I would need to take to get the ball rolling and also explain the role his team would play during the remediation process as well. The work was completed timely and when his group ran into issues with the insurance adjuster assigned to the claim we were in constant communication and worked together to get the issue resolved so they could get paid for their work. It was a great experience and I truly enjoyed working with Ian and his team. I was back in RI while the work was going on and would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Maintenance to others in FL and while I hope to not have a similar issue again, if I were to I would certainly use them again! Thank you, Ian!

From the first contact with Jason by phone, who listened and address my concerns of mold & air quality.. to the crew of Jesse, Ian, Mike & Parker who came the NEXT DAY !! Addressed all the issues with professionalism, worked incredibly neat and efficiently. The crew was timely & courteous by staying in close contact to make arrangements for the daily work schedule. The work was completed on time, as promised! 5 stars!! Highly recommend Restoration !! They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Jesse is amazing to work with. He is conscientious and an absolute pleasure. He went over and above board to make a stressful situation a lot less stressful. All his workers were friendly, professional and did everything to make the process run smoothly
I highly recommend!

This team helped us with mold remediation in the kitchen and we would definitely hire them again if we ever needed to. They were on-time for each of their multiple visits to the house, respectful and courteous, and happy to explain what they were doing in detail. Shout out to Ian, Jesse, Mike, Brent, and Steve!
