Pathetic customer service. Scheduled the consultation over 3 weeks in advance and on the scheduled day…called the office to speak with Teresa who confirm the appt was still valid for 11am with confirmation noted (mind you 30 mins prior to the appt), and after taking time off of work to go home and wait for over a hour, no one showed up with no communication efforts! I absolutely cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. I am a huge advocate of supporting local businesses and this is a service that miserably failed.
