You are only allowed 5 stars but this business deserves more. They clean my house, driveway, sidewalk and fence since we move here six years ago and each time Bobby and crew are professional, polite, then they leave we are spotless. Fair price, good service, prompt polite all a five stair plus service.

Bobby & Erick have been cleaning our gutters and providing other services to help keep our house looking good & in good shape for at least 5 yrs now. Twice a year! Thanks guys❣️

American Knight performed gutter and roof cleaning services at our Clermont home. I selected American Knight because they were licensed, insured and highly rated by the BBB. Bobby and his crew were friendly, polite and respectful. They did an excellent job cleaning. I would effeminately recommend American Knight to everyone :)

Just had American Night clean my house today and they did a great job for a reasonable price. Nice to see they were licensed an insured just in case anything went wrong.

Bobby with American Night came recommended by the painter that did a great job on my house a couple years ago (SJS Painting, Steve Stutsman). Once we finalized the price, Bobby was onsite himself doing the pressure washing with the help of one of his guys. They were very careful moving furniture and plants to avoid damaging anything. They also used the correct pressure on the washer to assure no paint was stripped in the process.

We opted to not clean the roof because I was unaware that you don't just pressure was a roof because that would take years of life off of your roof. Bobby provided pricing for the only cleaning process that is recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association. This was a little out of our budget, however, the pricing was not out of line. We will probably wait until our next cleaning before we do the roof.

I gave five stars because Bobby was recommended by a contractor that did great work, he was very professional and responsive during the proposal process, he was quick to schedule the work, and did a great job in just one day.

I called American Knight roof cleaning for a good quote on a roof cleaning . That same evening Bobby came by the house with his crew to give me an estimate on cleaning the entire roof and sidewalks . I really like his attitude toward customer service and straight forwardness .. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good pointers about cleaning my roof .. He quoted me a price that was very reasonable and within my budget and could do it the next day which was really surprising !! Appointment time was at 1 pm and they where on time and ready to go to work .. A few hours later my roof was cleaned and ready for inspection .. I was extremely happy with the results !! I would highly recommend Bobby and his crew to any kind of roof that you would need cleaned.

I found this company online 3 years ago. i called and they came out and performed the work quickly. Bobby came out and cleaned my roof at that time. He did a wonderful job and it was the envy of the neighborhood when he was done :))) Fast forward 3 years (yesterday). I am having my landscaping in the front of my home redone and needed the house power washed before landscaping installed. Called up Bobby again, (hes always very responsive) and he came out the next day and completed the work to perfection once again at a fair price. The folks from American Knight Roof came to my house and my mom’s house on time and did an excellent job at cleaning both roofs. They did not use pressure and protected and watered all the plants. Both roofs look great! It was well worth the reasonable price and they did all that work with a smile in their face. I was tired just by watching them work. Great job, thanks!

American Knight did an outstanding job pressure washing my home. They were promptly on time to start the job and very thorough in their work. I will use them again.

They did a great job for us. We are preparing to have solar panels installed and wanted the roof cleaned before the install. They were there within three days of initial contact and completed the work in less than two hours. The roof is only seven years old but was still fairly dirty... especially on the east end where there was a tree over it. It looks like new again! They worked with me in a completely no contact experience and I didn't have to pay anything until I was satisfied with the work. Great folks here...give them a call!
