In the process of having a building build by this company, and the quality of work being performed is superior to any other company I have worked with in the past! Mike Hardy the GC and Jerry have been involved in every step of the process and have knowledge of each detail throughout the build. Professional, knowledgeable, and on time are key components during a build and Keator has exceeded all expectation!
I would recommend to anyone who needs a contractor and hope our company continues to use them for our next builds.

I had my second mammogram at SimonMed. Keator Construction built a new building from the ground up and equipment is much more comfortable then the old facility

Evie reimagined my kitchen and owner’s suite, both of which I believed had insurmountable design limitations. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible transformation! The updates that Evie designed and Kiba installed have not only elevated the look of my home but have also added immense value in ways I never imagined. This project went far beyond a simple kitchen update or new owner’s suite—it truly redefined the way we use our space.
One standout change was moving a wall to open the floor plan, making the space feel both larger and more functional. We also installed a custom owner’s closet system that has completely optimized our storage, turning a previously underutilized area into an organized haven. Alongside this, we expanded the pantry, creating even more storage space that is both practical and easy to access.
Perhaps my favorite enhancement was the clever use of previously wasted space above the countertop. By incorporating three new drawers and an upper cabinet, we transformed empty air into highly functional, extra storage. It’s these thoughtful touches—the small yet impactful changes—that Evie designed that truly transformed my home.
Every aspect of this transformation was executed with such attention to detail and craftsmanship, and the result is a space that feels like a dream. As a perfectionist, I especially appreciated the laser leveling of the cabinets, countertops, and shelving. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out—it’s not just an update; it’s a reimagining of what a kitchen and owner’s suite can be. After having my kitchen improved upon and redesigned with Ivy Irizarry we are so thankful for all of her help. Ivy has the knowledge and experience to guide you in the right direction to get a much more functional space. She took a builder designed kitchen and added so much more storage and workspace all still in the same footprint.This includes an over 10 foot island with seating for 8 that we have used on numerous occasions and functions. It's beautiful and we are so happy that we had Ivy to guide us on our project.

Ivy did an absolutely outstanding job assisting us with the selections of our house remodeling. We did all the floors in the house, kitchen and master bath counter tops, master bath tile through Kiba Studios and Flooring America. Ivy helped coordinate all of the colors and surfaces and the final product is even better than we could have imagined. She was very responsive when we needed assistance throughout the selection and installation. Just completed a second remodeling job with this outstanding company. Designer, Ivy, helped me through the process of choosing a beautiful kitchen countertop, sink, cabinet, and backsplash. Omar and his team did a flawless job installing backsplash, moving plumbing and electrical. I was impressed with the communication, highly skilled workmanship, and cleanup and all for a competitive price. I highly recommend this company!

The manager was very professional and up front about visible and potential damage due to water related damages and how these issues would be addressed/resolved.

This is the first time I've needed mold inspection or removal, and I don't know how I'd have gotten through it without these men. They prevented me from literally losing my mind and breaking into a million pieces by repeatedly assuring me that everything would be fine and treating me like one of our own family members.
