En la actualidad, es una empresa que deja mucho que desear, los administradores y supervisores actuales, saben de Landscape... lo que yo sé de ingeniería aeronáutica (nada!). R.D.R.

I find it unprofessional that they have been sitting in their truck outside of my house for over 30 minutes. I never called for their service and it is private property they are on.

Groundtek came and fixed my irrigation issues at a fraction of the cost another landscaper was quoting me. I truly appreciated their honesty, something that is difficult to find now days.

For 2 years I have been trying to get someone to blow off my driveway . Charles used to tell me he would take care of it and he did once , now he ignores my calls . I time I caught the crew when they where here and the guy got mouthy with me , the office rarely answers there phone . I would suggest using Carol King or anyone except Groundtek .

Kudos to the GroundTek technician driving truck V210 Saturday morning at the Florida Mall. He cleaned up bus stop perfectly!

I sure hope your employees don’t treat your customers like the driver that just about caused my son to wreck on 44 in Eustis about 10min ago. Tailgating and driving erratically..

Just watched a crew butcher two trees leaving them unbalanced and gangly. In addition, one of the crew is tottering on top of the cut branches in the trailer, unbalanced, and using a chainsaw to attempt to make room for more cuttings in the trailer. This is, at the very least, a workman's comp nightmare if not a life and death situation. Who trains these crews?

We used them and they had been great. Tried to use them again and called for 2 straight weeks. We have been put through to somebody's voice mail and he has never called back. Tried the main number and the receptionist tells us she doesn't know what to do about it. They must not need any customers.
Save your energy! Call somewhere else!

Groundtek came and installed low-flow irrigation on my property, for less than others had quoted. I know we were stretching the system capabilities when the installed the nozzles. Now, I am calling them again to put in a new zone and reconfigure the system to best meet the new demands (we've relandscaped and resodded all around.) I appreciated their professionalism and honesty, some things that are difficult to find now days.

Swervin at people in your little mower while they are getting onto the 417 is pretty careless… You would think a company with a great contract like that on 417 would not have employees that are reckless like that.

I had messaged the company asking for a bucket of salt after seeing the advertisement on Facebook & they responded right away and said the salt would be at my door within 20 minute- Not even 10 mins later there was a knock on my door with the salt carried right inside so I didn't have to lift it! Also accept e-transfers which makes paying simple & quick as well!
Family owned local business to boot! Highly recommend~

Contacting attorneys this morning. This co employee was moving 20 -30 ft palm tree hanging from a cable and swung it out onto a main hwy and totaled the whole passenger side of my truck. if it had been a car or went thru windshield i wouldve been killed. No lane closure,no cones blocking area,no manpower on hround directing this operation. i am shaken to my core of this negligence. no contact from this co thus far.

The employee at this company are absolutely unprofessional. They are responsible for the maintenance service at Park of the Americas where there is a lake and 2 enclosed dogs areas for a total of 7 acres. We have asked them multiple times to alternate the cutting of the grass inside the dogs park areas so that we can utilize one area while they cut the other. They won’t care at all. Often open gates before owners can leash up their dogs creating a problematic situation. Hopefully the owner of this company cares enough to talk to their employees as I will be reporting this issue on every sites as well as to the city commissioner. Maybe it’s time to give the contract to a different company

Great place, and the street sweepers and landscapers always do a fantastic job when i see them, however they never take care of their equipment and do prevenative maintenance especially with the sweeper and dumptruck. Always just tell you to drive it or they do a bandaid fix that is not safe. Corporate doesnt care neither does management. Osha violations everywhere as well as dot violations.

Their lawn mower threw a rock and other debris across Rt. 466 in the Villages and hit the side of my vehicle. I stopped and talked to the Aero Groundtek worker. He did admit he probably hit some rocks and did apologize. I gave him my information to resolve the damage. No call back from Groundtek. I called them at least twice thereafter and got the runaround. Finally, talked to Charles (if that is his real name) in their corporate office. Again, a week plus has pasted with no call back. Great PR? Probably need more responsive employees. Responsibility and honesty is surely lacking at this company! I’m on the hook for my repairs.
