Orlandoscape and Pavers provided a very competitive quote to resod our yard and then over delivered. They responded quickly to our request and provided a written quote within a few days. They did everything promised and more while installing 7000ft2 of sod in our yard. The above and beyond included resodding an area that initially was not planned. The result was a complete and professional installation with no damage to either the marked utilities or our marked sprinklers. In summary Orlandoscape provided an excellent result and were a pleasure to work with.

I call on Thursday, gave me a estimate on Friday, start working on Tuesday and by Thursday they are done, excellent service, very friendly and very professional and very clean while they were working on the job, highly recommend with the process and the company and owner 👍

Everyone affiliated with Orlandoscape was courteous and kept the area clean of debris. The time from start to finish was amazingly quick…ugly white pool cage was down and carted away. We went with a French cut marble to cut down on waste and it is beautiful. Our pool cage is now bronze and it is so easy to keep clean. I am so happy we went with Orlandoscape. Thank you Rodney

Orlandoscape was great to work with. They helped us remove a concrete pool deck and boat pad and replaced with pavers, french drains, irrigation and more. Rodney worked with me on pricing to get my project within budget. His team was respectful and great to work with. They were very fast as well, a project of this size could have easily taken months but his large team had it done within a few weeks. I will definitely work with them again in the future!

Always reliable and communicative. Best lettuce for quality work. I've had patios done, and my driveway done and walkways around my house completed as well as mitigating drainage issues and rerouting sprinklers. It's a one stop shop.

Two phone calls, two days between estimate, approval, and completion, and one day of production time. WOW! And also great quality and attention to detail; these guys are amazing. I contracted with Rodney to do a beautiful paver driveway for our home. The whole process was seamless.We couldn't be happier with the work and the overall product. I recommend this company to anybody who wants a solid paver installation that your neighbors will be envy.

Hate to put out negative review .... but after spending $6k for yardwork (2 jobs) I'm looking at spending 100s if not 1000s more for corrective repairs after being ghosted.

Job 1 : $4100 for drainage redirection, grade and sod backyard including rocks by house. Problems: 1. Not graded properly before sod lots of pits and holes. 2. More importantly not graded away from house so rainwater seeps into the addition that's been bone dry x 10+ years.

Job 2: $2k+ for 2 small areas of fence. One chain link, one extension of existing privacy fence. Problems: 1. Used nails not screws. 2. In some places the nails from the front didn't even go into the brace section. 3. The pickets aren't even close to being evenly spaced. 4. Gate is wonky doesn't smoothly open/close. 5. Handle installed side ways. 6. Nothing along the top or bottom of the chain link to connect it to the frame posts, very loose

They did come back and put a few nails (not screws) in the parts of the fence that had nails sticking through the pickets but refused to address the chain link. They ghosted me on the drainage issue and wouldn't even respond.

I try to use local small business but Orlandoscape is the worst . Rodney Johnson and Jesse in the office. If he's to be believed he's from this area. Really disappointed. So glad I didn't use them for the $12k driveway paver project. D- rating with BBB makes sense but my fault for not checking that first

Update. Only after this review did Jessie call and of course not taking responsibility for not properly grading away from the house.

Agreed on a quoted price to have my yard resoded, but when the job was done I was left with bare areas because they miscalculated the square footage. They insisted that the job be paid in full and that the job will be finished but that never happened. I've also included before and after photos of my plumbago bush that was partially killed off in the process of removing the old grass. It's been 6 months now and haven't heard back.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Rodney is extremely Experienced And knows his stuff very well. He transformed my entire backyard in one day, And picked perfect plants based on sun exposure. My plants are thriving with his recommendations in my yard Is beautiful and green again. Thank you again, Rodney. It has been lovely, enjoying our backyard as a family again.

Rodney from Orlandoscapes is unresponsive and does not follow up on his commitments. I contracted the company to clean and seal my pavers. The crew that pressure cleaned the pavers removed in some spots the polymeric sand that was in place. The second crew that came did nothing to address this. Before spraying the sealer the seconds crew barely swept before to push the sand into the grooves but rather used a blower. Called Rodney to inform him about the situation with the pavers and after many phone calls and text messages he said that repairing the issue was going to eat into his profits. Then he tried to tell me that putting the sand back in place or applying new sand was not part of the contract. I explained to him that all my previous contractors had poured sand when needed because it is common sense that this is part of the job. After many weeks calling him and waiting for him to come see what needs to get done I have ran out of patience. I definitely do not recommend this company and will never contract their services again.

Rodney seemed very professional with great communication. The work for our paver installation was done efficiently in one day. We discovered there was a sprinkler that was not capped properly before the installers finished the work. I have tried reaching out to Rodney & Jesse but am getting zero communication from them after paying over $6,000. I am very disappointed with this poor service and lack of communication.

Outstanding job by Rodney and his team on setting up and installing our screen enclosure for our new pool. His quickness to respond and diligence in all matters that pertained our enclosure are second to none. He had ample opportunities to demonstrate that he is an honest man. He went out of his way a couple of times to help us save money in the process, even though he didn't have to. The Orlandoscape and Pavers team will be our go-to guys now to help us with our sod repair, pavers, landscape, etc. Don't take chances with other providers, you won't be disappointed with these guys. Honesty, professionalism and high quality work, what else can you ask for?

I came across Orlandoscape and Pavers from several mailers advertising their services in the area. I decided to call for an estimate after seeing the ad. Regretful decision on my end.

Poor experience overall and would NOT recommend. I encountered several red flags and poor business practices and wish I read the other reviews before calling for an estimate.

I had a few questions and concerns during and after the work was completed and the owner, Rodney, went unresponsive and could care less after getting paid $6,000. Basic communication became non-existent, which was night and day from when we first met.

Several calls, returned calls and texts all ignored and I was left in the dark after paying a significant amount of money. I was able to speak with his secretary Jessie and she said she would pass along my messages to Rodney and she went unresponsive as well. Sketchy all around.

Different workers showed up over several days unannounced to my property. I was never informed who was coming, when and what they were planning on doing. Most didn’t know what the full plan was and had to ask me. Luckily I was home from work to catch them before they left.

Before the work was fully completed, one worker who did the paver sealing asked me to cut the final check when he was done. I let him know the final part of the work was still to be completed and irrigation wasn’t fixed yet. My credit card was charged that night for the $3,000 final payment without my authorization and without the work being completed, per the signed agreement.

I received poor quality work - defective pavers with several gaps missing sand and uneven dying, landscaping installed. Irrigation wasn’t put back correctly and I have to trust that one of the workers did it correctly after showing him the issue. I reached out to Rodney and Jessie several times to see if two defective pavers can be swapped out and completely ignored over the span of a few weeks.

I’ll have to find a new company now to replace several pavers, add sand and reseal my pavers as well as to remove and reinstall a few large dying plants.

Save yourself the headache and unprofessionalism and find another company you can actually trust for your needs.

I hired OrlandoScape & Pavers for a sod replacement, and the results have been incredibly disappointing. The sod they installed is already dead in multiple areas, and there are wide gaps left between the pieces, which looks completely unprofessional. The ground wasn’t leveled properly before installation, so now the lawn is bumpy and uneven. To make matters worse, weeds are already growing between the gaps in the sod. This was supposed to improve my yard, but it looks worse than before. I expected much better quality and attention to detail from a professional company. I do not recommend their services.

DO NOT waste your money and time hiring this company.
Rodney will no answer you after you pay them.

Very pleased with the work that was done to repair my retaining wall after the 19" rain that Eustis got. They came to do the work within 4 days of getting a quote. They finished the job in a day. The team was very courteous. I have included before and after pictures. The price was better than other quotes I received.
