Constraction reviews in Odessa, Florida

Popa Construction is top notch! As an interior designer, I rely on the professionalism of general contractors and Tom delivers. He is quick at problem solving and is great at project collaboration. Tom Popa is definitely an asset to my team.

Popa Construction is a great contractor to work with as a sub contractor. Our company, Koala Insulation of Tampa, work with Popa Construction on one of their projects. We had an open line of communication through the entire process which makes quality work effortless. They also paid within a couple days which is unheard of from a contractor. Looking forward to our next project together.

This company is amazing to work with. They are responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and show a true passion for their craft. I have the extreme honor, and pleasure, of working directly with the owner Tom Popa. He always explains the entire process of the different installations of the other contractors to me. I have to admit, outside of my trade, I have no idea what he was talking about, but it shows how truly immersed and engaged he is. He communicates, he's organized, and he looks me in the eye every time he shakes my hand. (Super Important!). His knowledge and leadership will take this company to the next level. Use these guys, you wont regret it.

Tom, Joe and their staff were all wonderful to work with. They were super communicative even before they were hired to do my repairs (both roof and inside my house). The entire experience with them was very smooth and efficient. I would certainly recommend them for any future repairs.

This company redid our roof after Hurricane Milton. They were quick to come out and access the roof, quick to start the job and they knocked it all out in one day. Hard working crew and exceptional roofing work. Plus much more affordable than similar companies. Highly recommend.

Joe was wonderful to work with. Precise estimate and job done in two days. I would highly recommend Popa Construction and will use them in the future for sure

Perfect Experience.!! They were fast and cleaned up afterwards too.! Very happy with the professionalism Joe P. Call and ask for him.!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Popa Construction

I cannot recommend Popa Construction highly enough! After experiencing hurricane damage, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient in repairing my roof. They took the time to assess the damage thoroughly, presented clear solutions, and handled everything with expertise and precision.

What truly set them apart was their prompt communication and problem-solving approach-I was kept informed every step of the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, they provided detailed before/after pictures and a well-documented quote for insurance purposes, which was extremely helpful in streamlining my claim.

If you're looking for a construction team that delivers high-quality work, transparency, and excellent customer service, Popa Construction is the way to go! Five stars all the way!

This storm is the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Popa Construction installed windows on our house in 2022. We have had issues with them ever since then. First they ordered the wrong windows, then they installed the windows incorrectly, then they broke some of our slider doors that they installed, the list goes on. They’ve sent people back and forth to fix their mistakes, only to make more mistakes along the way. I’ve documented leaks constantly, some of them they’ve fixed, others they haven’t. Our windows still haven’t been inspected, and maybe for good reason? Bottom line, do not use this company especially for windows. I wish I’d seen the other reviews about this, but they came after our install. I would have never considered this company to install our windows.

EDIT: in response to your response to my review. We have scheduled our inspection multiple times, each time the inspector has come, he has not been able to complete due to things YOU did not provide/complete. By the way, the lanai has been weather proofed and siding that you are claiming is the issue has been replaced. Today, it is still leaking. Your other window reviews speak for themselves.

Addendum to previous poor rating by home owner-
After posting my review about how unhappy we were with lack of quality, communication, and incompleteness of the job, the owner Tom Popa who was not aware of the quality of work completed contacted me and came out personally to my home to inspect. He gathered a new crew, walked them through what needed to be done in detail and they did l phenomenal work.
Tom Popa went out of his way to ensure we were in good standing and I could not be happier with what was done. We are now awaiting word on inspection and how to proceed with financing. Things happen, but thankfully he took the hit on the chin with grace and made certain we were happy with everything completed. We will certainly recommend him going forward now.

I used Popa construction for plenty of additions to my home he always communicates in a professional manner and all the jobs have been an amazing outcome. I will use him in future projects and recommend his company always!

We hired Popa Construction for a complete bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The craftsmanship was top-notch, with great attention to detail throughout the project. They kept us updated at every stage, explaining the process clearly and addressing any concerns we had. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and ensured the workspace was clean every day. The project was completed on time, and there were no surprises with pricing. Overall, the final result exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for any home remodeling project!

Hired Popa for a full kitchen renovation and complete exterior siding project. The craftsmanship on both turned out really well. The finishes are clean, the details were done with care, and the overall look has completely elevated my home.

The crew was consistently respectful, kept things tidy, and treated my space with consideration every day they were here. They took pride in their work and it shows in the final result.

I’m pleased with how both projects came together and how great everything looks now.

I had a great experience with Popa Roofing… I have used Popa Construction in the past and the workmanship and customer service is top notch. When it came time for a new roof I went with Popa roofing and it could not have gone any better. Not only was the price very competitive, the quality of their work is second to none. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer
