Jamie Linn was the master mind behind the selection of this flower bed and it worked perfectly. I just came back to do my other flower bed and went straight to Jamie because she definitely has the eye and knowledge to advise and create the perfect plant configuration for any needs. And the prices were more then fair I promise !!

Do not use this company. Won’t tell you any pricing regarding sprinkler. Changed landscaping completely and sprinkler doesn’t reach some of the plants but waters the wood deck. When asked why they have the heads where they do, they said because they were just replacing the heads. No thought taking into account about the correct configuration. Management is rude beyond belief and doesn’t listen to the customer. Literally makes jokes about me being upset. Argues that my husband agreed to a walk through when the crew leader only went over the stone for tomorrow. He was completely upset they were lying about what he said and didn’t even check with the crew leader.
The week they were supposed to start I called 3 times and was promised a call back and never got one.
I didn’t want the sprinkler guy back and was told if I didn’t let them come back to finish the work they would send a crew to come out and rip up the plants. Keep in mind I paid $2k already and never threatened not to pay. I just don’t want them working on the sprinkler system that the person said he wasn’t even sure what to do with it next because he couldn’t get the front yard working.
By the looks of other reviews, the rude attitude is common. Even when I was told to call if I was upset about something (which I did) they don’t seem to understand I hired them to be professional and get work done that we both agreed to, not to spend 3 days calling every 2 hrs only to be criticized.

The condition of the plants look horrible at times. They push the bad looking plants while holding back the better ones. The owner would not allow returns even just two hours after purchase when customer decides they are not satisfied with the quality of plant. Plant had not even been taken out of the pot.
There are many other nurseries in the area and I suggest shopping those alternatives. We did go to another nearby nursery and found terrific looking plants/ornamentals to replace these bad ones from Millennium. Time of year was not a factor at other nurseries that day. I have never had issues like these with other nurseries.

Very friendly service and reasonable prices. David was very knowledgeable and gave great advice choosing the plants. The new plants were installed this morning and they look beautiful. The crew did a nice job and cleaned up. Everything looks great!

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. We stopped by one day just to get a feel and was given the royal treatment by David who really cared about what we wanted to do and showed us all sorts of different plants to get a feel for what we desired. We then had an appointment a few days later with Jaime who came out to see the property and get a feel for what we desired. (This was huge to us as the other landscapers we chatted with did NOT come see the property -- they just spit out a bid. This is a must to see the sun in order to select the correct plants -- full sun, partial or shade.) A big surprise was that Jaime was able to stay within our budget yet achieve our desired results with plants we liked for the sun exposure in the different areas with his vision. Mission accomplished! Brandi, the office manager, kept us all organized with dates as we had a two part project. Thank you again, Millennium Team, as we are so happy with our new landscaping and will be back.

Millennium is horrible. They failed to uphold their end of the contract so it was terminated for contract breach. Instead of fixing the issues on the final walkthrough, the manager (Vinny) failed to show and the owner (James) did not even bother calling back. Poor service and horrible leadership.

JamieLinn helped bring a vision to life, then Jeremy and his crew executed it flawlessly. I wanted something tolerant to our environment, but with some different plants that you don’t see everywhere. The new plants now have room to grow, but with little to no maintenance. Jeremy and his team were great and worked hard over 3 days to make this space look fresh and new. I can’t wait to add more of the stone trim in the near future once we remove a larger tree in another area of the yard. Millennium also worked on our back yard earlier this year where there was unusable space due to erosion. We now have a great retaining wall that has works as advertised - their stone masons were great too (truly good at their craft). Appreciate everyone on the team!

Unfortunately, the landscaping services for our townhome community have been extremely disappointing. The quality of work is consistently poor — areas are missed, edging is sloppy, and overall attention to detail is lacking. For a community that pays for routine maintenance, the results do not reflect professional standards.

Asked for an estimate and the receptionist seemed non interested on a 1 acre new landscaping project, even though the web site says residential.

I can't express how amazing TLC Property Maintenance is. If I had to describe their work in a single word, it would have to be Eutopia! Keep it up guys!

Don't know about the company , but their driver is very wrevkless. Almost size swiped my car forcing me to let him in on a merge road. rather then wait for opening he sped to end of merge. came within inchesof hitting whole side of my suv. If you need Tender Loving Care then TLC is fit you.
I’m only giving 4 stars because everyone complains about whomever does the landscaping. They may see it and think this is my favorite. I do have favorites in many in different areas.

I have been using this company for over 12 years and they have exceeded my expectations. Our association love the TLC they give our property. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond what is expected. Plus they are friendly.

While this company does cut and edge grass satisfactorily, any task beyond that is a serious problem...a situation resulting from poor management and aloof ownership. If you are looking for complete property maintenance service...including shrub and tree trimming, weed and pest control, fertilization, irrigation inspection and service, and plant and shrub installation... and you don't want to manage these projects yourself and you don't want to be "nickeled and dimed" to death, look elsewhere...you will keep your sanity!
