The service we received today was beyand compare. I've been in property management for over 25 years and never seen this type of service. They do not come out and just blow out the duct. They vacauum the duct, replace/clean/upgrade the dryer hose and clean out the dryer. There is no mess to clean. When they say white glove they mean it. They air lift the dryer to prevent damage to the dryer, floors and walls. They place a HD camera inside the vent after the cleaning to show the vent has been cleaned completely. With out a doubt best compelte service out there. We will not longer hire the blow out companies. We will provide exceptional service to our residents.

Extremely thorough. Turned out it wasn’t my dryer that sucked. It was my roofer who didn’t remove the screen and the previous “dryer vent cleaner” who would not get on the roof when I told him it was needed. Had he done that he would have seen how blocked it was. Clear Flow did me right!!

Dryer was taking longer than usual to dry clothes. This provider promptly answered my call, and was patient over the phone explaining services offered. I hired this provider to perform services and could not have been more pleased with the quality of work performed. Not only did he clean out the vent, he displayed a video on his PC of the interior of the pipe as he was cleaning it!!! Dryer works like a champ now.

Was able to schedule next day service; Technician showed up at the scheduled time, and did a great job clearing my dryer vent! Used a camera to show me the entire run of the vent all the way at the rooftop, and removed the screen at the termination (which shouldn’t have been there) and got the flapper working. Would highly recommend this company for any needed dryer vent service!

Tom did a great job -- he diagnosed the problem , which was actually with the roof vent. He replace the dryer hose and was meticulous with the vent cleaning and the clean-up afterwards. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.

I was stressing out because my dryer had water build up inside of it. Never have I had this problem but it was starting to make my clothes smell. I called around and a lot of the other companies weren’t really nice and couldn’t see me until after a week but when I found Tom’s company he was able to come out the next day which was awesome! He was very nice, very knowledge and didn’t try to scam me like most other companies . He answered all my questions on top of that gave me more information about other things I should do to keep a dryer good and clean. He cleaned the duct and the dryer lint insert and the best part is when he uses the camera and shows me how clean it looks in the vent. Was there for 2 hours cleaning and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dryer vent cleaner!

Tom arrived on time, provided an appointment immediately (Same Day). Tom was friendly and helpful. However, what I liked most is he was careful with our appliances, walls, and floors.
