Gavin, the plumber who did the work, was very honest, professional and did a good job. That's the only reason they get three starts. They had the audacity to charge $700 to replace three shut off valves under the kitchen sink. I was in a jam and needed it done today, or the entire kitchen renovations were to be put on hold (another terrible story - see my review for Cabinet Warehouse in Hudson). I was under a lot of pressure and didn't have time to call around. I had no idea they would charge such a ridiculous price. After the fact, I spoke with two other professionals, who both told me the job should have been $250 - $300 tops. On top of THAT, they were going to install the new dishwasher. The price? A ridiculous $500. No excuse for this kind of price gauging. Lesson learned.

I have been extremely pleased with Friends plumbing. They are always on time and techs go out of their way to give options to fix problems. Austin is one of the best service people I have ever dealt with. He's a wonderful asset to your company and I will request him for any future service.

Zack was on top of his game. He came in didn’t waste time. He explained got right to what he was going to do and went right into testing for the leak. Totally professional. I recommend there service is you have any plumbing issues.
