Malcolm with Ideal Estate Service Group and his team of experts are the BEST! We have them do our hedge trimming, tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding. Their superior skills, hard work ethic, and professionalism hasn't gone unnoticed. There are now about a dozen or so of our neighbors who have also hired them. Malcolm is so personable that he even remembers all neighbors names. Thank you Malcom and your team for such excellent service!

Malcolm and Ideal Estate Service Group did a great job removing a large oak tree and trimming trees over hanging my house. Malcolm is great to work with from giving an estimate, communicating, providing the service as described and then cleaning up when done. I would highly recommend Malcolm and crew to anyone looking for someone to do tree work.

Malcolm and his crew were great! We had all 20 of our palm trees cleaned and a very large oak tree taken down. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and even got the entire job done in 1 day! All of the trees look great; the cleanup was great; and the stump grinding was great. In addition, Malcolm noticed that my driveway was looking a bit rough and had a pressure washer team come to give it a good scrubbing. Overall, I would highly recommend using this company!

Malcolm did an amazing job! We asked for some overgrown shrubs, trees and palm tree to be removed. It’s made the property look 100x better!

unfortunately I cannot give Malcolm as positive reivew as the others have. My experience with him and his crew yesterday removing an Oak from my front lawn was frustrating and very disappointing. Taking the tree down was done very well and efficiently. My complaint is in how Malcolm and Zach did not communicate with me, the property owner, at all during the process. Basically I wasn't really there! Malcolm never came to the door to let me know when he arrived, I found out when I saw him in the bobcat. They never had me come to talk about the stump grinding and where I planned to install a Red Maple. Fortunately I walked out front before the stump grinding started and the guy already had a spot picked out....which was not where I want my new tree. The last straw was when I heard no noise out front, walked out there and Malcolm and Zach were gone leaving their helper there to clean up. The area where the Oak was removed was all covered over with dirt; so....did you stump grind a hole for my new tree.....do we know for sure and if so.....where is it? I had to have the helper call Malcolm and tell him to get back to my house pronto. I wasn't going to pay him until the job was done to my satisfaction. I insisted they locate the hole as I was paying for stump grinding a 3ft by 3ft hole that the nursery wants to plant the tree. Malcolm couldn't actually locate the "supposed" hole so they started digging in that spot....and Lo and Behold....they came across 2 pipes....so the new tree needs to be planted a little farther away. Sure would have been nice if they would have brought me outside making me aware of this rather than taking off with nothing said. When Malcolm came to give a quote I asked him for it in writing, he said he would email, never got that and never got any paid receipt when I gave him a check yesterday. Without questions 2 Thumbs Down from me.
