Adriano was very professional and respectful. Arrived on time and explained the entire process to me. I wish I would've taken a before and after picture of my dirty couch to show how clean the couch looks after the service but it essentially looks brand new!

Definitely will be making this type of cleaning a yearly appointment!

Garrett and Desmond arrived right on time and did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. They couldn't have been kinder and more professional. We have used Stanley Steamer for years and they are always easy to work with and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Frank and Reynaldo are great. Not only they were on time, but they did a superb job. They were fast and efficient. My carpets are 22 y/o; Frank and Reynaldo gave them the best facelift ever. I have used Stanley Steemer for the past 21 years and this time I made the enormous mistake of hiring another company 2 days ago who supposedly gave my carpets “The Deluxe - service” which left my carpets stinking and looking worse than they were before and well… as you can see, I found myself fooled, so I called Stanley Steemer who came to my rescue. I cannot thank Frank and Renaldo more because they did an awesome A+ job. Thank you guys. ❤️

Julian provided not only exceptional craftsmanship he was a complete professional. Julian was knowledgeable of his craft , and even provided tips for post care. I hope the company provides him great support towards his future. They struck gold there.

Gary and Otis did a WONDERFUL job steam clean detailing on my floors and my leather sofa! After purchasing our home, this is my first time having our floors professionally cleaned. They were promptly on time, patient when I had questions, friendly and genuinely did a great job in a reasonable amount of time! What a world of difference!!

The techs rushed through everything and left too soon. The carpet was still wet after 3 days!

Also, they were so quick to leave, that they left some equipment at my house. I called, and they said someone would come back to get it, but it's still here 3 days later. What am I supposed to do with their stuff?!

I had hired Stanley Steelers to come to my home and pressure clean my sectional that a puppy I was babysitting urinated on and I informed them of the issue I was having and they indicated that they would be able to remove the stain and make sure my sectional was completely cleaned! They lied!!! Didn’t clean my couch at all looks like they just sprayed water and smell I had a stain since the puppy would get on my couch of dirt and the stain after the clean was still even there where if I would’ve just passed a wash cloth I would’ve been able to clean it off! I paid $340 for NOTHING! Then they were going to send out a tech to re-clean my couch and he cancelled without my content they I rescheduled and the same happy! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR COUCH CLEANING! Expensive for no reason then I spoke to Robert which stated he was the owner and had terrible costumer service! I suggest you guys go to a different company who values their costumers and make sure was was payed for was done correctly! Terrible experience then After having this terrible experience they don’t want to give me a refund for the terrible service. These picture are from after the cleaning! I should’ve just cleaned them myself!

Jose and Jazz did a great job, very satisfied with this tandem, my carpet looks new again, wish I woulda hired them to clean my couches. Do not hesitate to use Jose and Jazz for your next carpet cleaning job.

NEVER use this company to clean an expensive floor Rug. I sent it to clean some coffe spill they couldn’t clean it and also brought my expensive hug back completely destroyed. They picked the rug up to see how they would fix the damage. I’ve been waiting for 1 month to hear from then and they never respond. They also didn’t refund my money which I paid $625 to have the Rug cleaned. Pictures attached.

Roviel and Gustavo did an amazing job. I have a pretty large sectional in an off white color and it looks brand new. They stayed in communication with me throughout the job and explained the post care process as well. Luis in management also called to see how the work had been after the job was completed. I highly recommend!

This is my second experience with Stanley Steemer. I really like the professionalism of their employees. This was definitely demonstrated by Leonel this morning. He really cares about the quality of his work and that is what I appreciate from workers. You never see that nowadays. People come in and go out. But it’s good to actually deal with a person who cares about the quality other work. Morning. Hope to see you again in two years.

Lou was amazing! He took his time and did the BEST carpet cleaning job I've ever had. He was polite, pleasant and very professional. I'll always use Stanley Steemer, but ONLY if Lou can do the job. My 6 year old carpet looks brand new.
