Service was excellent!! We were able to get someone from AllCounties Plumbing the same day. Since we are not bilingual Yohendry was on the phone during the service call. He then sent an estimate the following morning. The price was reasonable for the time spent. Daniel was very professional and took his time pumping the septic tank out. I highly recommend AllCounties Plumbing.

Guys are extremely unprofessional. They do not know how to read instructions on labels. A 6 inch water main they waited only 30 minutes for glue to dry when instruction clearly state to wait minimum of 2 hours. Caused a huge flood when the water was turned back on.

When speaking with the boss Yohendry, he tells me "We have been doing this a long time. This is how the work is done. We don't have to wait two hours, we know how to do the job!"

The best part, in his own words "This happens to us many many times. The pipe leaks and we come back and fix it!"

If this happens all the time maybe they are not doing he job correctly in the first place. They aren't doing anyone any favors for coming to do an emergency call and making the problem worse.

I greatly appreciate how Yohendry was on top of a repair issue and made sure to send me the photos showing that the repair was done the correct way. It's a pleasure doing business with someone who backs up his warrantee with real assistance.

We had serious issues with the underground sewer pipes as the natural salty ground of South Florida ate it up. Lot's of rust and holes. This magician patched it up from the inside. Was a big job. NO we have no issues whatsoever!!

Beware of this company. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. I once gave them 5 stars for being fast and reliable, but less than a year later, the drainage field they installed is a nightmare. Our septic overflows constantly, and we’re forced to call a pump-out company every two weeks. I’ve been reaching out since May, and all I get are empty promises — they never show up, never fix the problem, and don’t seem to care at all. What was supposed to be a solution has turned into a nonstop headache and major expense. I wish I could give zero stars.

Has to be the best customer service I’ve ever received I couldn’t be any happier with the job the gentlemen that helped me walked me through the benefits of swapping out my older water heater for a new one and showed. If I can give more stars I would!!!

Contracted company to install new Septic System and all indoor plumbing. They were very knowledgeable in their trade and performed professionally all the way through the completion of the project.
As an Architect and General Contractor I would highly recommend this company. They claim to be #1 in the #2 business and they’re right!

Best company and best price for septic tank and drainfield service 100%

Installed drainfield and septic filter. The gentleman that installed filter did a horrible job of cutting tank lid and the opening does not have space necessary to pump out the tank properly.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you big time. They wanted to use the wrong materials, with unlicensed people, who not only caused damage and did not have insurance, but then proceeded to also scream insults at us and leave the construction site without ever finishing the work. And they did not return the $5k deposit.

I had this company install a garbage disposal for me. After showing up 1.5 hours later than they were supposed to, they were not expecting to replace the size garbage disposal I had, despite receiving a photo with the serial # & model # of my current disposal. After installing the garbage disposal, I immediately had issues with my dishwasher. I had another company come service the dishwasher and found out that All Counties Plumbing had not removed the knockout plug on the new disposal when they installed it. It’s disappointing that I had to pay a 2nd company to repair something that should have been done with my garbage disposal installation.

Very competent crew & very good prices. I own ARZ Builders, Inc. And every project small or large, Yohandry was on top of it providing all attention & directions to his guys.

I called Yohendry based on the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. He answered the phone every time I called. He confirmed the date. He confirmed the night before and he showed up on time. Completed the work in a very professional manner. I have a lot of experience with septic systems. He put in a new drainfield and cleaned up the tank. He did a fantastic job, highly recommended.

Excellent company. We had major drainage issues at our condominium. Our entire lot was flooded. All Counties came to save the day. They performed an excellent job and fully resolved everything - including installing a new pump in our elevator. Special thanks to Yohendry and Ernesto for being very responsive and informative throughout the process. These guys are pros that are ready to tackle any job. Big or small.
