Worse customer service and communication. The staff was rude and they charge customers credit cards triple the amount that was agreed upon without any consent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we gave them a chance to correct the amount and the owner was rude and hung up.

Charged my credit card without authorization. Not ethical.

They changed my hot water valve for $225 which didn't resolve my problem. They came back and said I needed to change my cold water valve as well. Since I didn't think this would resolve the problem we agreed that there would be no charge if this didn't fix the issue. As predicted the issue was not fixed. A few weeks later I saw a $250 charge on my credit card for the cold water valve. $475 later I still have the same problem I called about in the first place.

Liked the email attention and response. Then the scheduling was ok. The service arrive as scheduled on time and finished everything what is was supposed to be. No problems with my new water heater. Will recommend them for sure

We love Tasco and have called on them for years. They helped us with a remodel as well as service and repair over the years. They always respond when we call - weekends, nights, whenever. Are they the cheapest? Nope, but you get what you pay for in this business. If you need new equipment installed or need a repair done right and on time, give Tasco a call.

Tasco and Frank have been my go to people for AC and plumbing. They are ALWAYS responsive and on time. They call while the tech is on the way too. Once they were early and the tech even waited for me! Always reliable, quality work and reasonably priced. I recommended them to my neighbor for plumbing and he thanked me for the referral.

Had an after hour emergency, the main water line broke and Tasco was the only one that was able to send a technician after midnight and repaired it even though it was on a Saturday to Sunday hours. A follow up call was made by the owner on Sunday. Excellent service.

This people are a complete RIP OFF like someone had already mentioned. They create numbers to charge and the assistant says that as a policy company they don't send an invoice with the price breakdown. This is called fooling your customer, as simple as that!

The work was a simple one, change a water valve. They made the estimation so cost prohibited that I had to look elsewhere after paying $130 for the visit. As I expected the service I received from the second option I called was very reasonable, at least 1/3 of what Tasco was estimating. Look elsewhere if you want a decent and reasonable work done.

Living in a Condo we relied on the recommendation of our Bldg Manager to have our Heat/AC Pump inspected and maintained.

Tasco sent out a mechanic the same day requested and followed up to ensure the mechanic arrived and performed to our pleasure. Tasco worked with our Bldg Manager to ensure that our system was healthy and in compliance with our Condo requirements.

They are very honest and direct. We asked for yearly maintenance and they explained it was not necessary, rather every few years to clean the pan and drain the system.

They also inspected our hot water heater as requested and indicated it was functioning well and replacement could be differed. They offered a quote for the replacement of our hot water heater as requested the next day.

Overall Tasco is a responsive, honest company and we will seek them when we elect to change our hot water heater and future maintenance of our Heat/AC Pump.

Awesome service. Called for just A/C maintenance and scheduled an appointment, but called back same day and fit us in same day. Pleasant, responsive.

Run if you don't want to loose your money and have no work done! They can tell you a thousand times their coming and they just don't come and make you loose your time. When they come they charge you but they don't do the work. They are a complete mess up. Very bad organisation. Frank and Wendy will always leave you waiting without doing anything you need. I repeat, suggest you to run from this people.

Tasco Plumbing, and specifically Frank, Maria, and Ernesto, are a class act! Their prompt and professional response to our PRV issue was an amazing customer experience. Not only did they efficiently resolve the problem, but their fair pricing made the entire experience top-notch. Highly recommend!

Building recommended to me after an incident. Service technician was the nicest guy. However, I was charged $408 for about 30 mins or work. They said it was a fixed rate for drip pan cleaning, I did not authorize the charge or the work. I called afterwards and they refused to drop the price. The charge for the work was unreasonable and not authorized. I do not recommend.

30 mins of work was good but got charged $484 despite the plumber already being in the building and without quote or pre-info of price. When contacted they said it’s standard price and since then no response. Rip-off price.

Don't ever work with this company. they give you hourly rate of $150 then when they get to your house they charge you a fixed rate for the job. They are not professionals to manage a business. they do whatever they want. i would never recommend this company.

I have used Tasco several times in the last years for plumbing and air conditioning repairs in my apartment. They have always been responsive and done a professional job at fair costs. When my air conditioner broke a few years ago and I was considering to replace it, Tasco's owner Frank convinced me to invest a few 100 dollars in a repair because the air conditioner still had a few years of remaining life in it. He was right. Anyway, we finally replaced the old air conditioner last week. Tasco gave me a good proposal for an air conditioner that has the features I wanted and fits into the available space, and they got it installed within one work day, including the modification of one of the building's riser pipes to make the air conditioner fit through the door. Aside from some delays at the beginning, when it took a few days to obtain the initial proposal and another week to obtain all technical information I had asked for, I am happy with Tasco and will continue to use and recommend them for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning projects.

I see quite a few negative goole reviews here and thought I would give my two cents. I am in commercial construction and have dealt with this company and it's leadership on many occasions. They are by far the best in the business, the owner goes out of his way to make sure the project finishes on time and on budget and his employees are all top notch.

I am surprised by the relatively low rating. They are approved in my HOA, 190 Units. Professional, fast and reasonable cost. They diagnosed my A/C and performed a cooling coil flushing and cleaning. I almost got scammed by a competitor with a ridiculous price.
