I was having some issues with my A/C, so a friend recommended Rightway A/C & Refrigeration to me. When I called, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and showed great customer service skills which is a rare quality to find nowadays. The technician was there on time. He was able to identify what was going on with my A/C fairly quick and had it up and running in no time. The price for their services was extremely reasonable also. Overall, I was really happy with their services, and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Driver of the truck and trailer for this company nearly merged into my car and a different vehicle previously in bumper to bumper traffic. Had to stop entirely to prevent a collision. Doubt he is experienced with customer service or general people skills as he honked at us for honking to let him know he nearly hit us.

Julian was my tech today he’s very customer service and very professional. He explained in details what was going on with my AC and took care of the issue. And my A/C are 30 years old. He was surprised they are still working. Don’t wait you want a cold home call RightWay A/C for any AC issue. Great customer service get same day service. Very professional I highly recommended. They were great. My AC was not working i called them and they came to check within the hour. They fixed the AC quickly. They were honest and did not charge a lot of money. As a realtor i have ACs breakdown all the time. I am glad i found an honest company.

I would definitely recommend Rightway A/C. Robert arrived early, worked diligently and was professional at all times during the visit. His work was really clean and neat and picked up after himself. I'm glad I called Rightway to service my AC unit.
