Ralph was great! Showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He got my issue resolved and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Terisa is irreplaceable, she needs to be duplicated. If she ever becomes single, I am next in line, with a bouquet of chambers, so she could take care of all my septic tank needs. (Smiles) hahaha <3

I called them to have the septic system pumped and got an education as well. Juan provided amazing customer service, took before and after photos, showed me some of the issues he found and installed a filter that the last company we used did not do. He had to do some digging to get to the access caps but it was left just like he found it when he was done. Excellent value, very responsive and professional; we will be calling them out again when the time comes.

Dealing with the staff at Statewide Septic was such a pleasure. From beginning to end from the permit process to completion was like any Summer Vacation trip you can have taken. Tell you the truth I didn't even have to be there as they handle the whole process like true champions. When I was not around they even send me pics of the process. Smooth! I recommend highly ask for Terisa, from cleaning the septic to replacement, I used both services from them...thank you guys!
