Pats electric is a wonderful company. today Jayson came to my house to figure out why I had no power to my garbage disposal. Jayson showed up in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got me back working in no time I will forever be a pats electrical customer and encourage you to do so for your electrical needs as well you won’t be disappointed.

My second time contacting Pat's electric and they were excellent again! By just talking on the phone they helped me solve my electrical problem...very, very, knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me. Also, very polite and with a welcoming attitude to help me. End result. ...no need for a "house call" . I will continue to use Pat's in the future. And I just referred them to a friend of mine. Thank you for your honesty and help .

Pat’s Electric is The Best!! They came out for a service call when it was cold and the heat wasn’t working. They came all the way to Altoona! Got the heat working temporarily and ordered the parts needed. Jayson came back out today and fixed the problem with a permanent resolution. Installed a new breaker box outside, installed power to the shed and the pig pen. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. No mess left afterwards either! Absolutely recommend Pat’s Electric for all your electrical needs!!!

Great workers, worked was done in a timey matter. Work was done correctly without any complications! They were also, able to work around our immediate request. What a great family company to work with! From the very beginning of our house build to the end. Jay & Jayson and there entire crew really went above and beyond with helping us along the way with making the right decisions on lighting and where certain receptacles and switches were going to be most accommodating to our needs and even our wants. Jayson and his crew were very polite and professional through out our build. Along with helping us with picking our ceiling fans and lighting exposures through out the house. 10 out of 10. I’m very satisfied with Pats Electric located in Orange City. Jayson is an excellent and an extremely knowledgeable service representative explaining the whole procedure before and during the installation. I hope I wasn’t in your way Jayson. It was a fair price for labor(see before and after pics below)and this is a family business that’s been around for more than 40 years that I know of because I notice on my main house power panel his father/grandfather are the originals that wired my house and left the their business sticker on my house panel. Give them a call and check them out. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The electrician arrived at the indicated time on the same day I called. The electrician was very polite and professional. The original called was for a fallen ceiling light fixture that broke away from the box. While here, I asked the electrician to check 4 other fixtures I was concerned about falling. All were bad and replaced. The electrician showed me the issues and explained the repairs needed. Great experience and would highly recommend. This was the second time I used Pat's and had the same great service.

My story is all too familiar in that I had to upgrade my electric panel box elements and change out my water heater because my homeowners insurance company was leaving Florida and in order to get on board with a new company, these upgrades along with a 4-point inspection had to be done. I was in a bit of a rush to accomplish these things so I would not be dropped. I met with several electrical companies who seemed to send out salesman instead of the folks who actually do the work and I was quite taken aback by their estimates. When I met Mike, his demeanor, professionalism and especially his expertise sold me right away; he was the right man for the job. Mike and his crew showed up on time, assessed the rather tricky options to stay to code, and executed a perfect fix. I have already come up with at least 5 more electrical projects I will be calling Deltron back to complete all of my electric projects. I highly recommend them.

I had a small issue after the install but was quickly contacted by the owner who went above and beyond to address it and make it right. I have never received such professional follow up and wiliness to make things better for the customer experience. This is an outstanding company with your best interest in mind.

I needed several services as I just purchased a home.The receptionist was able to schedule for my needs and kept me informed as to when the tech would be arriving. When the techs arrived they introduced themselves and listened to my request. We talked thru everything,he input the info in his program and gave me a price for the jobs. I agreed to the service and they completed the work efficiently.

Our service repair man was Ron. He did an outstanding job with our problems. Especially since we live in a 1930 house that always have their own problems to deal with. Arrived both days on time and ready to work. He was very professional and we are so pleased with the end results. Thank you Deltron for being such a great company and hiring such great electricians.

We needed our electrical panel upgraded within 20 days to not be dropped by home owners insurance (who would not write us an extension.)

Received quotes from 4 different companies and deltron came in middle priced but promised me they had the availability to get the project done in my 20 day time restriction. We choose them for that reason and i liked how the office was always readily available to talk on the phone. We liked our technician and the work done.

My only complaint is that they don't give you an option to deny a quote by email so you don't get bombarded on the phone by them. Tech came out and gave us a quote for 5 things in the home he found instead of just the panel. I literally paid a huge deposit and then received a phone call from the office hours later asking me whether or not I was going to do business with them. I signed one contract but the other 4 quotes remained active and they really blew up my phone and made me nervous how they didn't remember me from hours ago after paying a large deposit. It's ok to give multiple quotes but they need to give the customer an option to immediately deny it in the email so the office isn't so confused.

Overall communication was good. I like their text updates. They applied for my permit within hours of paying the deposit. They got me on their schedule the very next day when the permit came in. Their tech was punctual ,professional , and very kind. Clean work. And they got the work done earlier than my time frame needed. I am overall happy having chosen deltron.

If you want someone you can trust, stay true to their word and doing an amazing job, these are the people to call! They showed up early and got the job done and made my situation SAFE and to code. Thank you Deltron Electric!

I had Deltron Electric do some work for me when I first moved to the area a year ago. I forgot to save them in my contacts list and contacted another company for an estimate. Their estimate was extremely high. I then went back to my records and found Deltron's number. The tech Kyle was on time and gave an extremely reasonable estimate and could complete the work that day. He even gave us a military discount, which was greatly appreciated. Kyle completed the work in under an hour. The other company said our electrical panel was not to code and quoted another outrageous amount for its replacement. Kyle assured us that our electrical panel was to code and did not need to be replaced. I now have Deltron Electric in my saved contacts list and will always call Deltron Electric with any future needs. Thank you Deltron Electric and thank you Kyle. I give you 5 Stars all the way!
