I wish I could give them 1 million stars. We have been without a dryer for 2 weeks, thanks to our warranty service first hiring a good-for-nothing repairman who ghosted us after telling us he’d have to order a part for our dryer and never did. After terminating his service order, the warranty company hired Expert Appliance. They had a prompt opening, and Mitch showed up at the exact time he said he would. He was very kind, clean, and professional. We were fully expecting him to say that they had to order the part, too, but no, they had it in stock. Within minutes I had a working dryer again. I was so happy I could cry. Thank you, Expert Appliance!

Were recommended by LG to repair my microwave after it had caught fire during use. The tech came to my home and attempted to diagnose the issue. The tech was unable to diagnose the issue and did not have any parts. He removed the unit from over my range. After a few weeks I called after not hearing from them to be informed that they had ordered parts for repair. After a few more weeks and no update I attempted to get an update and the receptionist tried to brush me off or was downright rude. I then contacted LG and they conveyed to me that they had indeed ordered parts, however there was an issue of payment and they were not shipping parts until it was rectified. I contacted EARS again and the short version is I had to beg for my OWN microwave to be returned so that an LG Factory Rep could then repair it. The staff was incredibly rude and made it difficult to arrange. The person who returned my microwave, then informed me they would NOT reinstall the microwave for the LG Factory Rep to see it. The customer service was terrible. I was brushed off, told no one knew what was going on, etc.
