UPDATE/EDIT: the company commented on this review and asked that I reach out via DMs. I have. They asked for my info, and then NEVER got back to me. I still am messaging them and waiting for a response. Absolute frauds. They are stealing peoples’ money and not actually giving the service they promise. And then you can’t get in touch with them, ever.
Original review: If I could put zero stars, I would. This company is fraudulent. They take payment BEFORE any repairs are done, and then don’t actually fix the problem. Then it’s so hard to get anyone to listen to you. When you can finally contact someone, they want to charge yet another service fee to fix the thing they failed to fix. Do NOT give them your money.

The technician, Richard, was very professional, knowledgable, and easy to be around. He answered our questions well. He was thorough and went the extra mile to be sure our fruit drawer slid in properly. We are grateful that good, solid people like him work for you. Bless him.
