Jonathan, the salesperson and coordinator, was AWESOME! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and meticulously attention to detail when measuring the project, coordinating the subcontractors, and ensuring a completed project with a happy customer. He was very communicative, responsive, and ensured that all aspects of the room addition were completed to our satisfaction. He checked up on the completion routinely to ensure the high standards were kept throughout the construction. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who wants a superior sunroom addition project.

Excellent workmanship! Our experience with Better Home Improvement was very rewarding. From the initial consult with John, we felt comfortable and confident that we'd chosen the right company for our needs and wants. Everyone involved listened to our concerns and/or request and responded with kindness and understanding. Larry did an outstanding job installing the patio cover, and Robert did an equally superb job with the sunroom window install. In the office, Tanner kept us in the know with updates and what we could expect next. John made sure that the work being done was to their high standards. We added a sunroom to our home. Our salesperson Jonathan, was very attentive to all our wants and needs and very helpful to make this project a success. A Better Home Improvement went above and beyond through the whole process. They gave me a very competitive price to install Hardie siding on my house. The company and the installers were very professional and they did an incredible job taking the home from old and showing its age to a brand new quality looking home. The salesman, Steve went through the whole process and Maya was great with coordinating the dumpster and materials so they would not interfere with our driveway and cause damage to our yard. It was a truly great product completed by a group of very professional people.

Jonathan was unbelievably wonderful since the first time I met him. I signed a contract within an hour. My winter room is just beautiful. From the pouring of this cement, to the framing of the room, installing the windows
and roof,
went so smoothly I could hardly believe it. My dog's are enjoying watching the squirrels and rabbits and I'm enjoying my bird watching. Even during the storm we had recently there was not a quiver.

GREAT JOB.... Last week I wrote a review of a job that was going at my home I have since deleted that review because it was not fair to the company. One of the owners, came to my home and he explained to me how long it takes to properly install hardie siding and I was satisfied with that. We are very happy with the overall job, all the workers were professionals and they take pride in their work. My wife and I are very happy with new look of our home and it is beautiful. I am considering having sunroom added BHI will be number one on my list.

We had a sunroom installed. We had multiple damaged screens that had to be replaced. And though the windows are solid they seemingly didn't fit their openings and had to be re-worked to fit level so that the windows would open with ease (windows still do not seem like they are the correct size for the openings). Water leaked in whenever it rained...they worked on it 3 or 4 times but in the end we ended up corrected that ourselves. The door was originally installed incorrectly. The roofers, who did a pretty good job tying in to our existing roof, arrived unannounced. At the moment BHI received payment, we never heard from BHI again. Inspections took awhile to be completed. Room was never properly sealed so lizards and other insects easily got into the room because it was never sealed...we corrected that ourselves. The room 'looked' good on the surface but underneath there were too many issues. The roofers did a good job though they arrived unannounced so it was a good thing that we had not left home yet otherwise they would not have had access to the room. After a week or so the caulking they performed started to deteriorate. Not only were some of the screens damaged but they did not fit snug (not wide enough for the window and window openings) and had to be replaced. From the inside of the room we could see light from outside near the front of the ceiling (we took care of that ourselves, too). Needless to say we will not use this company again. This is a quarterly review and will post updates throughout the year, particularly warrantied items.

Do not recommend this company at all. They are rude. They lie. The owner is the worst man my husband and I have spoken with, ever. He sounds like he’s got a substance problem. They told us they filed for the permit, when I called to find out what was going on with it the city told me they never filed for the permit. This was 3!!! Months!! after they got a large deposit on a $50,000 job! I even went to hire a lawyer to get my money back. When they heard that they started the actual permit process. It took them 6 months to start the job they said would take a couple of months. 1 year! to finish it! I wouldn’t ever use this company again! Due your due diligence. Get every little thing in writing! Better yet; hire a professional company who values their customers and does what they say they will.

After step by step of a backyard renovation, Better Home Improvement came in to put the finishing touches with a beautiful screened in porch and patio cover….The team came and put it all together rather quickly. And John Hunt kept the lines of communication open at all times, which was the most important part of the whole process. He also was hands on in finding areas that needed attention! He made the whole experience that much better! Would recommend Better Homes Improvement to anyone who was in the market of making a beautiful addition to their home!!

Better Home Improvement had installed a new roof on our house 10 years ago and they did a great job. A few days ago, we had bad rainy, weather. In my son room the roof was leaking. I called them the next day. The customer service was great and very professional. They came out and expected the roof and we had one area that needed repair. It was taken care of in a matter of days. They did another great job if you’re looking for your roof to be repaired or replaced I highly recommend Better Home improvement.
