Constraction reviews in Orange Park, Florida

Our installer Ravi was awesome. I highly recommend his work. There were no surprises and Ravi did a great job.

I had a great experience with this company. People there are friendly and the service is cost effective. Great price, good quality, amazing services.

The product is amazing... durable and easy to keep clean and looking new! The office staff and installation crew were a pleasure to work with as well. We are so happy with both the product (kitchen a few years ago and master bathroom this year) and service received by Granite Transformations!

GTC stands by their warranty! Had a few minor issues and they were completely resolved and better than we expected. Quality work done by a skilled team. Great product, highly recommend it if you want a kitchen makeover

We were happy with our experience from beginning to end. It was not the lowest price quote we received for our countertops, but they seemed so knowledgeable and had a great product. The installers were on time and were efficient and clean. We had one small issue but it was taken care of almost as quickly as we called to inform them of it. We would use Granite Transformations again.

The level of service I received from Granite Transformations was amazing. Mary, Dennis and Oscar were highly professional and courteous in restoring my countertops. The result is a kitchen that makes me smile every day. Highly recommend.

After meeting Patricia, the representative from Granite Transformations, I knew this company was the right one to remodel our kitchen counter tops. She was extraordinary and made this stressful desicion into a pleasurable one. She kept us informed step by step and kept to the schedule that she told us on the day we signed the contract. The contractors, Nick and Mark, were amazing to watch. They answered all of our questions and kept my home clean. It was so comforting to see the pride they took in their craftsmanship.

I had my countertops and back splash and new sink replaced. The sales people were great and so were the installers. Since then I have had a problem and have reached out several times and basically am ignored. I had noticed during the project that I could never get call backs and always had to essentially whine to my sales person. All very unprofessional

Granite Transformations just installed new counter tops and sinks in my home this week. I would like to praise their workmanship, professionalism and work ethic. They were here about 8 hours and worked straight through until they finished. They were polite and always stopped to answer my questions. The plumber who installed the sinks was also very good. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home looking good. Great work!!!!

I was originally very excited about the bathroom projects. Until the projects started. I did 3 bathrooms in my home, spent a ridiculous amount of money on this project. Its been nothing but a disappoint. 1 year later and I am still waiting to have finish work done. I can image some customers have had a good experience. I for one would stay clear and unfortunately never recommend this company. Their project management was horrific if not completely non existent. No one ever came during the project even when there were delays and other issues. And no one ever followed up or looked at the finish products, asked if things were to my satisfaction. Customer service is horrible. I wish you the best of luck if you chose to trust this company. I regret my decision.

I have to say, I'm totally impressed with Granite Transformations. From the initial consultation by Patricia. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with design preferences. She genuinely wanted to help us nail the right design for our kitchen style. To our project manager, Cori who has been awesome! She has been accommodating and reassuring throughout the entire process. Nick, Mark and Ray were outstanding! Very professional and courteous guys. They delivered the goods! Our granite counter top and backsplash looks amazing! These guys were confident and professional, yet attentive to our questions and comments. I would recommend this company to others.

Kevin did such an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen cabinets, his work was meticulous and beautiful! He was professional and very friendly..thank you Kevin for all your hard work. We're very happy with Granite Transformations

I cannot say enough good things about Granite Transformations! My bathrooms are sheer perfection! Everyone that came into my house from this company was so polite and terrific to work with!

We love our new countertops! They were installed quickly and everyone was pleasant to work with.

Great experience from our first call to the installation. We want to personally thank Fiona, Cori, Garrett, and Jordan for their handling of our project aboard our yacht.
Thanks everyone!

Wonderful experience with Granite Transformations adding new quartz counters. The onsite team was neat, quick, and courteous.

The renovations of our countertops and cabinets was from beginning to completion very professional and friendly. We love our new kitchen renovation. Special praise to Kevin for making our cabinets exactly what we wanted while being extremely friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for the great job!!

We have had a great experience with Granite Transformations. There is still a bit of cabinet work to be done, but counter tops in both bathrooms are perfect. Also, the counter top and backsplash in the kitchen are beautiful. We would like to recognize Eddie for doing such amazing work from start to finish on the counters and backsplash. There have to be a couple seams in such a project and Eddie made them almost invisible. Everything he did is immaculately done. We are so happy with the work.

Cindy was extremely professional, thorough and did a great job explaining the entire process. The counterop choices were top quality & we didn't feel rushed when making our choice. It made our decision to go with Granite Transformation a breeze!

One does not typically describe their renovation experiences as delightful, but I can attest that my experience with Eddie @ Granite Transformations was nothing short of fantastic.

Eddie is a professional in every sense of the word, and he is personable, punctual and polite.Every aspect of the project was completed as promised, ahead of schedule and beautifully done.

Bravo!

We are very pleased with the set up and installation of our countertops and backsplash. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. The crew that did the installation was very professional & friendly. We had a small problem with some discoloration in the grout on the backsplash. They scheduled right away to come out and fix it. There was no problem in getting it done. We are very pleased and would use them again & refer anyone to them.
