Seth was a fantastic help to me. He was able to diagnose my electrical issue over the phone and walk me through it. Not only that, but he did so on a Sunday! Not many people would take the time out of their weekend to help a customer. He saved me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend!

The technicians from T & M Electric we’re both thorough and informative in troubleshooting a wire short/power outage in my mom’s home. They quickly identified the fault and discussed the most cost effective solution with a minimum of drywall work. They completed the job, cleaned up, and remain pleasant and professional.

I had an outside motion detector light installed at our home. Perfectly completed and in a timely fashion. Whenever we have electrical work to be completed, T&M is always our choice!

So pleased with this company as they stand by their services. I contacted T&M to make them aware that I was having an issue with my ceiling fan that they had installed in July. My preferred electrician Chris was unavailable to do the work because of an emergency.

Once I contacted them, they scheduled a warranty call, and was able to send Chris. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly, at no additional cost.

There was no communication from the company, and the technicians showed up at 8:00 AM even though my appointment window was clearly stated as between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. They did not call ahead of time before arriving, and no invoice was left after the work was completed.

Because I was not present, my 75-year-old parents were left to deal with the situation, and the technicians were unaware that two items were supposed to be installed, despite this being discussed in writing beforehand. This resulted in misleading estimates, extended labor time, and a final cost that was nearly double what was originally quoted.

I spoke with the owner directly to try to reach a reasonable resolution. He apologized but did not offer any meaningful solution. I gave him the opportunity to apply a discount based on the incorrect estimate and poor communication, but he refused.

As a result, I feel it is important to inform others of my experience:
• This company did not honor the scheduled appointment window
• Did not provide courtesy calls
• Did not provide an invoice or receipt
• Did not adhere to the written estimate
• And left elderly customers in a vulnerable position due to the lack of communication

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering their services double-check all estimates, confirm details in writing, and be cautious regarding their scheduling and follow-through.

I have a new home with lots of miscellaneous socket replacements, additional outlets that I wanted, added, and a slew of other miscellaneous things on two different occasions, one or two of their electricians came were efficient, polite, and affordable
Even though I’m reasonably handy and know how to turn off circuit breakers before rewiring or replacing an outlet (like to add a motion activated wall Switch) these people are so good and affordable. I just call them and let them do it.

10 out of 10 recommend! The entire staff is courteous and professional. They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon, and no one stopped until the issue was resolved and the power restored after 8pm. Very impressed with all aspects! Hard to find service like this anymore. Very reasonable prices as well.

I experienced an intermittent issue with a circuit breaker that was tripping unpredictably. T&M Electric was contacted to assist; although the issue could not be diagnosed during the initial two-hour visit, the team continued to follow up. Ultimately, T&M Electric identified and resolved the problem. The dedication they demonstrated in seeing the issue through reflects the high standard of service and professionalism with which the company operates.

Excellent customer service over the phone from David and his team. The electricians Anthony and Wayne were also very thorough and efficient with installing my breaker surge protector and relabeling my breaker panel. Thank you!

We just had T&M install a plug for our Tesla and we couldn’t be happier. Sam and Julian were great. Sam is a “designer”electrician of sorts because he helped us pick the perfect spot for installation so the cord would not be a trip hazard. Best of all it’s a very clean and neat installation. He caulked around the hole and told us the pipe can be painted to match the wall. Start to finish was a little over an hour. Thanks T&M!

The two electricians did a great job adding 2 new outlets in my garage. I will recommend them for all your electrical job. Booking was easy and jb was completed on time. Sam

I had them come out a few weeks ago and to add some receptacles and other odd and end things, they did a great job. I had them come back this past Friday to add a receptacle on the outside of our house to charge our EV. There were some issues with the installation, but the service manager was VERY responsive and came out personally after hours to make the issue right.

I have to say the level of customer service was off the chart. As a business owner myself and a stickler for whatever it takes customer service. The level of service they provided is not the norm, unfortunately this day and age and it was very refreshing. I would highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

I Highly Recommend this company. I didn't know who to turn to so I called my plumber, asked who he would recommend and it was T &M, boy was he right! My garage door wouldn't open and other electrical problems. Their team had it fixed within 1 hour. They went in the attic and resolved the problem very quickly. Definitely - yes this is the company to use !

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because they really accomplished what was needed for this new sauna at our home. The only issue was they under quoted me in the beginning even though I had tried to be proactive by sending videos, website and detailed information of what was involved. At the end of the day, I was ok paying over 2x the amount quoted because it was a complicated project and I will always compensate and appreciate companies working hard for us. The good news is we took one for the greater Jax area because if you want a huge sauna, they definitely know how to handle that after this project. I will always call them for our electrical needs even though they may not come back to our house after this! ; )

I was very pleased with the work done. They charge by the hour so they were in and out. From the conversation with the customer service rep to the installers they were very pleasant and professional. I am very happy with the sensor lights😀
