Highly recommend Cabana Pool Care. We had an emergency situation with our pool needing urgent service. I called several pool maintenance companies, but none were available on such short notice on a Saturday.
Then I found Cabana Pool Care, and they truly saved the day. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was top-notch. They understood the urgency of our situation and scheduled a visit same day, despite it being a weekend.

Do not use this service!!! I asked them to come out to clean and fix specifically for a yellow algae problem in my pool. Their tech, who I was told was training a new tech on my pool, didn’t even realize or remember that he didn’t brush the pool (even though there was a yellow fuzz all over the walls and floor) and just removed the few leaves in the pool and called it “fully cleaned” but my pool looked exactly the same after they left and in the after pictures they sent! I tried to notify the owner and let them know the job was not done correctly, or really at all, and I was argued with that they had brushed the pool and that the algae all just went right back to where it was within minutes, which I know is very untrue with taking care of my own pool. I had to then video myself cleaning the pool only 30 minutes after they left to show them that it was not done and how it should be brushed and vacuumed before the owner then admitted that I was correct and they did not do the job after they asked the techs. I told the owner it does nothing to vacuum a pool before brushing, especially since I vacuum daily, and that it is scary that their trainer didn’t even address the yellow algae when that was the only reason they were coming to help, and the owner said he agreed with everything I said and yelled at his employees saying the same things I did. With that I was told I needed to brush and vacuum my own pool and then I was sent a bill to pay them for a “full cleaning”. Honestly I think they owe me money for doing their job for them.

As an HOA president and Board member who is originally from the north the only thing I can tell you about a pool is that I do not want one. We had a pool company that did the minimum or less! Spoke to Josh he came out within a week and loved everything about the services he offered especially getting pictures every time they come. Our old pool company would come out once or twice a week when we were paying them to come out three times a week. We got hit with 8 violations from the Health Dept. some for things and services we had paid them for! Once we told our old contractor we were not going to renew our contract they sabotaged our pool it changed colors, started running over the edge, and the filter housing was running over out and down our landscaping taking dirt run off with in, to the front side of our community. Called Josh in a panic around 5:30 p.m. Friday, he sent someone out and it only took them about 30 minutes to come. I forgot his name- sooo sorry but that technician was top notch and very professional, kind, and unbothered about being there as the sun was going away and it was nearly dark when he left. We had so many services that had to be done to our pool I can't even remember them all. He got us straight for the weekend, yes it was a Friday- to undo what our old pool company had done, didn't do, and should have done!!! They were simply amazing I don't have words to describe how grateful we were!! Josh was never bothered by my phone calls a few of which I had to make after hours, always sends someone out to fix our needs, make us feel comfortable and sometimes is able to diagnose issues and have "US" fix it over the phone when we send him pics and/or video. Then we got a cherry on top of the whipped cream when Raphael took over as our maintenance person full time. This dude loves his job!!!! It shows in everything that he does every time that he comes!!! Professional✓, friendly ✓, knowledgeable✓, engaging✓, hard worker even in 100+ temps and straight sun✓, I can't say enough other than I am so happy I found you guys and our LS community appreciates everything you do to keep our pool looking great!! The pricing is also very fair and reasonable!
