We were very pleased with the service Team Squeegee provided. Friends of ours recommended them. Rob, the owner came by for an estimate. We were able to arrange a Saturday appointment. He and his team thoroughly cleaned our windows inside and out. Wow, what a difference. Our windows have never looked so good.

Team Squeegee is very professional and conscientious. We appreciated that they donned shoe covers each time they entered our house. We have a two story house and some windows you think would be difficult to reach, were no problem for Team Squeegee.

We were so pleased with their service, we signed up for their "quarterly" cleaning program. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve never used a maid service before and this experience was…interesting. All in all, it’s easy to sum up, it seems like a great job while they’re doing it, however, there is no attention to detail once you’re going through the house. This is the type of cleaning I did when I was 13 and my parents asked me to clean while they were at work. I had to remind them to clean a light fixture only to find two more that didn’t get cleaned after they left (light fixtures was part of the package) and found a couple spots they “cleaned” but I guess they don’t scrub. Im assuming they were in a rush as their office called me to let me know that the one crew the scheduled will now be two since they had a lot of cleanings that day and they want their ladies to get home at a reasonable hour and this will be faster. Maybe that should’ve been my sign they were going to just clean fast and not clean well.

The ladies were really nice though so that got them three stars instead of 2

Very bad experience. Charged 498$ for 2.5 hrs moving out cleaning and job wasn't done at all. Asked update for pictures but after they done no phone call at all. After back and forth they never do any refund. I wish i could read the warning reviews before I booked them. Here some pictures my agent send it to me when he came and take the pictures to put the house on rent. Very unprofessional. I'll definitely wanna give 0 star

We have been using Molly Maids for 4 months and each and every time they have come to the home, they have done a wonderful job and service. The ladies /crews are always cheerful and do a thorough job. If there is a certain area we need cleaned more than other, they are happy to help. As an older couple we are very glad to have Molly Maids and you will too.

Amanda and Shannon do a great job. They are efficient, quick, and I appreciate their willingness to clean while my dog is home (and treat him like a king) when they are here. Molly Maid has wonderful customer service and I'll be a customer for life.

I used the services of Molly Maids between March-April and have pondered some time to review because i wanted to be as fair as possible. I live in 1x1 870 sqft apt, realistically 2 employees should have been to clean the entire apartment within that time, or at max 3 hours. They do not wash dishes, they do not clean laundry, they do not fold laundry. This was disclosed to me at sign up and i was fine with this as such i prepped cleaned what they wouldnt do and also tried to lightly tidy the apartment prior to their arrival so they would have time to do everything. One of employees (both female) focused on cleaning my bathroom and bed room while the other was “supposed to” focus on the kitchen and living room area. The one who cleaned my bathroom and bedroom did a decent job, but for what i paid did not make to much of an effort to clean anything outside of plain sight (i.e she didnt vaccume under my closet racks where my clothes are hung (theres definitely enough space to and it was not being obstructed). Aside from this she also informed me they do not move furniture or clean underneath furniture. If you want this done you have to do it yourself but they are willing to clean it after you move it. The other employees is the one that more so making me feel i made the wrong decision with this company. She stayed “detail” cleaning the kitchen and living room area for the whole 2 hours. She repeated over the same areas that were already cleaned so she wouldnt have time to vacuums the couch or mop. She cleaned the blinds 3x, despite the other employees initially cleaning all the blinds as soon as she began. Then they tried to leave without sweeping or mopping. I was honestly baffled they’d consider that a job complete. I was given an ultimatum, either they sweep and mop or vacuum the couch. I asked they ensured the floors were cleaned. During this time they could have easily knocked out sweeping and mopping between two people and vacuum with the time they had left but instead the employee who cleaned my room/bathroom sweep and mopped while the other one just left the apartment entirely. Were they kind, yes. Did they take advantage of the time frame and cost they charge you? Absolutely. I do not recommend this company for the prices they charge and lack of things they are willing to do in comparison to other companies/ individuals offering maid services. Granted this was my first experience with a maid service at all, it wasnt horrible so ill definitely do it again, just never with molly maids again. Now with all this said, they do ask that you walk through your home and confirm if you are satisfied or if they missed anything, but it was unclear what would happen if you did say something and they stayed to correct it, would they charge an additional hour? With that said, yes i shouod have voiced these concerns durning the visit however i also did not see some of they things they didnt clean until after they were long gone.
To add a little icing on the top, the employee who “detail cleaned” the kitchen “scrubbed down” my cabinets, yet i before i could even use my kitchen i saw dried juice stains on the draws and they nobs were still not cleaned off. I had to do it myself. She also pretended to clean dishes, despite there being absolutely no dishes for her to clean at all. In reality this deserved a 2.5 star.

I hired Molly Maids for the first time to do a whole house deep cleaning. This is probably to most expensive level of service so although it is not cheap it is well worth the money. When they arrived I showed them around and told them what I wanted them to concentrate on. They were thorough and really did a fantastic job! Alice and Luna were considerate, friendly and very professional. I had used another service in the past and was completely dissatisfied with that national company. I will be looking in to getting regular cleanings now so I hope to see these ladies again! What a joy!

Molly Maid has been cleaning my home here on Fleming Island for several years. All of their crews are amazing but this 5 Star servicing me today is beyond outstanding They always do an amazing job and are very friendly, customer centric and absolutely love our Bernadoodle Maggie Rose. Their major characteristics Very professional,, gracious and amazing young ladies who do a tremendous job in cleaning our house. Michelle, Chloe and Ashley did a fantastic job with my house cleaning. I have many collectable and curios and they always clean very thoroughly. Very please with them. Have had Michelle for years now. Wouldn't change for anything.
