I keep calling Richard because I always get the most fantastic service. Richard put in three tankless water heating systems, and he completed the work when he said he would and did an amazing job.

I highly recommend RLP. Thought we would need a new hot water heater. Rich came in, replaced some parts and hot water heater is working like new.

Had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, and RLP Plumbing came to the rescue. Their 24/7 availability is a lifesaver. The technician was prompt and solved the issue quickly.

I'm a G.C. and I met Richard when I was in a bind. I was tearing out a load bearing wall, and ran into a major situation. The original builder decided to use this load bearing wall holding up two stories as a chase wall for the upstairs plumbing. A major no no and definitely not to code. Within this wall there were (2) 3 inch drain pipes, (4) 1/2 inch water supply lines, and a 1 inch gas supply line.
I had 2 of my regular plumbing contractors come out and tell me there was nothing to be done in the time frame I needed it done and for the price I needed done for. I took a chance and looked online and found Richard. We spoke and he was there quickly after finishing up a previous job in the day.
After several minutes of him looking and asking questions, he had a plan which pleased the engineer and would bring the house to code.
Richard was there the next day when he said he would with all the materials he needed (no wasted trips to the supply store for things he forgot) for the job.
He had gotten all 7 lines re-routed into the ceiling and to the specs of the engineer and codes. And out of my way so i could put in a proper header in just 6 hours. INCREDIBLE JOB!!!!! FAIRLY PRICED!!!!! I have used Richard several more times since then and have not been let down or disappointed yet. And have never gotten any negatived feed back from any clients or other G.C.'s i have referred Richard too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RLP PLUMBING SERVICES!!!!!!

RLP saved me $1000s! Another plumber said I needed an expensive re-piping to resolve low water pressure to bathrooms. I contacted RLP for help. Richard traced a blockage to a small section, blew it out and restored complete water pressure without any re-piping. Top notch master plumber!

Professional and Courteous. Picked RLP Plumbing from the internet, I had a garbage disposal that was leaking from the bottom. Richard arrived at my house with a disposal and charged $95 with a service call and the parts. Would recommend to family and friends.

My wife and I recently moved into the area and had a problem with our shower constantly running. At first I thought it was something easy like the cartridge but unfortunately after replacing it myself the problem persisted, meaning there was more damage inside. I'm a DIY kind of guy but for the bigger jobs I use the pros, and that's what Richard is. Called me back same day and showed up later that week with everything he needed for the job. He even gave me some tips and noticed some things around the house (such as exposed pipes outside needing insulation). He is the kind of plumber who wants to do it right and keep you a customer for life, rather than do it cheaply or try to cut costs. Easy 5 star review, I recommend him to anyone in the area who needs plumbing work done right and who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg for someone who is slow and charges by the hour.

I am a property manager and it is very important that I use a reliable and cost efficient plumber. Richard is always on time. He is very professional and explains the repair in detail. I always call Richard first for all ten of the properties I manage.

Richard was on time and professional. I asked him to do 3 things across 2 bathroom with my materials and he was flexible and upfront as to what to expect which was WAY BELOW what other plumbers have charged me. He's the guy I'll be calling for my home and rental properties going forward.

One of the best plumbing experiences I've had in a very long time. I was helping out a family member who has a house in Jacksonville try to find an honest and reliable plumber in Orange Park. I started searching Google reviews from Orlando Florida and found Richard. He came out within a day or so and found what for other plumbers could not find which was the true source of the leak in a downstairs bathroom. We had quotes from others ranging from $1,500 up to $3,500, which was absolutely ridiculous. Richard found the problem and for under $300 got it all fixed. He is a true professional and the first person I would recommend for plumbing needs in the Orange Park Florida area. I wish he was closer to Orlando so I could use them down here.

I've had great experience each time I've had Richard work at my office. I found him online when the pipes in one of our bathrooms was making sounds and another plumber had told us this was normal, which I knew was not. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue that day. I have since called him on two other occasions for other issues, one of them being an emergency busted pipe, which was pretty scary. Even though it was very last minute, he came right away and immediately fixed the issue. Very professional, honest, experienced and reasonably priced, which is rare to find. I would trust him with a referral to a friend or business partner and he's our go-to with any issues.

Richard replaced my 20 y/o kitchen faucet and caulked my sink. No complaints.

Richard completed a repair for a slab leak yesterday. He responded right away when I called, and sent out a Leak Detector who found the leak very quickly. Richard was there the next day to do the repairs. He was neat and courteous, and the cost was much less than we expected. Thanks Richard!
