I keep calling Richard because I always get the most fantastic service. Richard put in three tankless water heating systems, and he completed the work when he said he would and did an amazing job.

If I could give zero stars I would..... My initial experience with Richard was good. He came to my house the day after I requested to get a quote for my bathroom remodel. He initially gave me ballpark quote of $2500. We talked on the phone a couple times and set up a day for him to start the plumbing. He ended up having to reschedule due to his son's baseball game which was fine. Then we got a written quote from him for $4385 which was WAY more than what he initially said. But we were going to go with him still because he was still cheaper than the other quotes I had received.
So we set up another 2 days for him to do the plumbing remodel. He said he would call Tuesday to get the first payment. When I hadn't heard from him I called him and texted him letting him know I was calling to get him a payment. 2 hours went by and I still hadn't heard from him. So I texted him again asking if he was still starting tomorrow or if he needed to reschedule. 20 minutes later I got a weird text back from saying "Wow you got me. Owner operator. Passed up work for your job. Karma ". I was really confused by this so I asked him if he was not wanting to do the remodel and I got no reply back. I texted him the next day, the day he was supposed to start, and asked once again if he was wanting to job because we really needed to get it done. And still no reply.
He definitely doesnt seem to have any professionalism. If our plumbing remodel was too big of a job for him or if he simply did not want to do it he could have just said so. Now we have a gutted bathroom, have all the fixtures, and now we need to find another plumber. My recommendation is to just spend the extra money for a more reliable professional plumber.
