I’ve used Stanley Pools for a few years now. They have provided excellent service. I’ve used them for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. The cleaning crew does a great job keeping my pool ready to use. I recently had to have my pump replaced and Alex came out and installed it. He was very quick with the replacement and thoroughly explained how the new pump works. He changed out a couple lights for me also. My pool is ready to go. I would recommend them for any of your pool needs. 👍🏻

I can’t compliment this Company enough - I would give them 10 stars!! From pool design and installation in 2000 to resurfacing and equipment repairs today - their staff and service is ABOVE and BEYOND all others!! I had an emergency repair to pool equipment and Alex, was sent to evaluate the situation, quote options for repair and was here the same day to repair or replace valves, etc. Upon completion Alex explained everything he did and gave me a concise tutorial of the complex plumbing and where, what and why it is done that way for the efficient operation and maintenance of the water. Alex was professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of the pool system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Technician

I am so pleased that I found this pool company! Alex is amazing. He is thorough and explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could comprehend. He is a pool god. He quickly assessed the reason for my lack of circulation and had my pool running perfectly. He also taught me about my pool. Great compnay! We called them out due to an issue with our pump and they replaced it with a pentair variable speed pump. I should have done that earlier as it’s already saving me a lot of money .
Update: we hired them for pool maintenance now and couldn’t be happier

I cannot thank Stanley Pools enough. They did a great job with help in design through maintenance. It took five weeks from when they broke ground to when I took my first swim and they lost a week because of a hurricane.

Alex was kind and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in detail. My pool had no power, and he quickly determined it wasn’t an electrical issue. He broke down each repair needed and made sure I understood the costs upfront. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service — highly recommend!

We just completed a pool/spa/screen build with Stanley Pools and we could not be happier with the whole Stanley team from Liz in Sales to Gary who made sure everything was perfect. We had a few changes that were needed throughout the build and without question Stanley accommodated everything! Stanley Pools will be our first call for anything pool related in the future.

We have used Stanley Pools since moving into this home a few years ago. They have always been responsive and knowledgeable. This week though, we had major connectivity issues, a lighting problem, and need some new equipment installed. So we left a message after hours over the weekend. Alex returned our call early Monday morning. I explained (in extreme layman’s terms) what was going on and he told me he knew what I meant and would be over that afternoon. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he pinpointed the issue, fixed everything with calmness and professionalism. There was a part we needed that he didn’t have with him, so he said he would come by the next day. Right on schedule, he texted me first thing that morning and showed up exactly when he said he would. He made our backyard oasis enjoyable again. Everything works perfectly!! We knew that we wanted to have a pool ready by the spring, so we started the process of getting quotes from various companies in October. Based on a strong recommendation of a trusted friend and colleague, Stanley Pools was high on our list. After getting quotes, they were our top choice!

We have been impressed with the entire Stanley team since the very beginning. We were under contract in November and it kicked off the same day with the permit submission. The most remarkable part of this process was the actual construction, including a full screened enclosure: it started on January 5 and we had water in the pool on February 10! From beginning to “pool school” where it was all wrapped up was well under two months – incredible! Every single person we met and interacted with were kind, personable, and respectful of our home.
