Tree reviews in Orange Park, Florida

needed a moderate size tree cut down. had an idea of what it was worth to pay. called about 6 companies. all but Top Notch were quoting very high. Top Notch beat everyone's quote by 50% or more. cost was primary factor, but what made it special was the communication and reliability. their style is what we all expect to be the norm but unfortunately is now the exception. i hope they maintain this excellent service as the business grows.

Great experience work with Josh and his crew...they're very professional and take care of his Customers with nice attitude..I'll recommend Top Notch Tree Experts 100%...

Top Notch cut back a large sycamore for me and left my yard looking better than they found it . Excellent job on the tree and clean up !

Josh was great help. Got the tree cut down on a Sunday with a 1 day notice. Very satisfied with Josh and Josh and their services 5/5 Recommend

Came to my home an hour after I called to give a quote To Do a property trim of a huge tree. According to the very reasonable price, much less than I would have thought. I accepted and they were there two days later. Worked fast, clean, and professionally. Not a leaf was left behind the yard was perfectly raked after

Would recommend them to anyone

Josh and his team went above and beyond. The professionalism and skill phenomenal. I can't praise enough. All the way down to the extensive clean up. Highly recommend. They truly stand out. Thank you so much for a great job!

Josh and his crew did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned up all trimmings. Have recommended them to my neighbors and will use them again myself .

Josh and his crew really impressed me. Not only the price being right, but they had everything clean as though they weren’t even here. Great job and kudos to top-notch Tree experts! I highly recommend them.

Josh and his crew did a wonderful job of taking down a huge maple tree in a very tight backyard situation. Did clean up and haul off, too. Couldn't be more pleased. Pricing was also the best quote we got for the job. Highly recommend this company!!

From start to finish, the Top Notch experts were highly professional, delivered exceptional workmanship and left the site spotless. They skillfully cut down the tree in sections utilizing ropes to control the direction of tree’s fall, ensuring it landed safely away from the garage and the nearby fence. Highly recommend Josh and his crew for their expert skills and outstanding customer service.

Top Notch Tree Experts team went above and beyond taken down our tree and they very professional and polite the whole time while here . They also were very diligent taken the tree down which most of it hung over into our neighbors yard and was very careful and dropping the tree in our yard only! They took the time to clean and make our yard look very nice before they left .. I would call them back for any future tree removal also highly recommend them for your next tree removal and tree trim in your future …

Top Notch Tree Experts are affordable, they did an outstanding standing job removing a tree from my yard and grinding the stump. Josh and his team were quick and thorough. I love how they cleaned up my driveway and street area.. I recommend using them for all your tree services.

I have used Top Notch 2 Times this year. My best description of the works is "no drama". Easy to contact. Show up on time. Do a good job and clean up after themselves.

Great job. Very nice and polite. Cut several large trees down and cleaned up everything. They were well prepared to handle any job as needed. Very fairly priced. I'm well pleased with them and their work.

I got 3 quotes on a huge tree in my backyard that bent during Hurricane Helene. I just had a new roof put on a month ago and was worried about it falling on my new roof; especially with Hurricane Milton approaching. Josh did what no other tree service did and took me to the base of the tree, pulled off bark and showed me that it was rotting at the bottom. (We’re talking well over a 50’ tree.) He was substantially cheaper than the two other quotes, one being a reputable, local smaller company. Unlike them, Josh was so kind, professional and courteous. In my absence (at work) Josh took down a fence panel and removed a sago that blocked access. He put the fence back up when he was finished. He raked and everything! There was not a limb to be found it my yard, not even a twig! His wife, Cassie did most all of the communicating as Josh is usually too busy doing his job. She is the sweetest thing. We communicated back and forth via e-mail several times and she checks e-mail quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they are truly “Top Notch!”

Top Notch Tree Experts removed a hazardous oak tree for us today and they just did an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for more. They came out promptly, were reasonably priced, everyone was polite and they spent the whole day carefully removing this tree. If you have any big oak trees that you're worried about falling, call them, you will feel instantly relieved once that tree is gone. Thank you guys.

Top Notch did a “top notch” job!!! Trees are safely and efficiently trimmed and the yard is cleared of all the tree trimmings and debris. Price was fair, workers efficient and Josh, owner, is superlative and easy to work with. I highly suggest you call them for all major and minor tree work.

Great overall experience with Top Notch Tree Experts. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Offered a fair price. And did a great job installing new sod after I couldn’t find anyone in a timely manner.

I’d work with them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone.

Top Notch Tree Experts for the win! We used them back in 2023 taking down numerous trees as well as stump removal. We neglected at the time to remove the tallest pine tree on our property, probably 85-90 feet tall. I reached out to Josh at Top Notch, he came that afternoon to look at the tree then just days later removed the tree plus another dead tree, ground the stumps too - all complete within 4 hours. He now has a nifty lift that makes it safer and quicker to get the work done. Completely recommend using Top Notch Tree Experts if/when you need tree work done.

We had two Queen Palm trees in front of our house, and during a storm yesterday one of them broke near the base and fell onto our home. We called about ten companies that offered emergency tree removal services, but only three responded. The first one offered a reasonable price to remove the tree on my house and the second, taller Queen Palm, but said they would not be able to do the work until a couple of days later. The second company wanted almost double the amount of the first quote to come out, and that was only to remove the one tree that was leaning on my house.

Then Top Notch Tree Experts arrived and offered a price just a little above the first price I received to remove both trees. When I mentioned I had been offered a slightly lower price, they offered to do it for the same price plus haul everything away, which the first company did not offer to do.

I decided to go with Top Notch Tree Experts to get the tree off of my house and remove the second one so I wouldn't have to worry about it happening again, and I am glad I did. They were polite, professional, and had both trees down and cleaned up very quickly. I was so impressed I requested a quote to get another tree in a different area of my property removed as well. If you need tree services, you will probably save yourself time by calling Top Notch Tree Experts first.
