Would definitely recommend this company. Our dryer broke at 11 PM, and Brian came out by noon the next day to assess the problem. He quickly figured it out, was transparent about the cost and made sure to get my ok before moving forward, and finished the job quickly. Thank you so much, Brian! You took a lot of stress out of what could’ve been a very stressful situation :)

Honestly, I had called a different repair service first. I got an automated response that "my call was very important" and that it would be answered soon. After waiting until my call was next to be answered, I was kicked to voicemail and never got a response. When I called Reliable, an actual human answered the phone! After just two rings! I was scheduled for repair for the very next day. The dispatcher even contemplated trying to squeeze me in that day, but it was logistically ineffective. The serviceman called when he was on his way (early!) and got right down to business. My dryer was fixed quickly with parts that were in the van. No delays or run arounds. The price was reasonable and the entire "show up fee" was waived because I got it done then and there. I hope I don't need to get any other appliances repaired any time soon, but if I do, I know who I am calling first this time.
