Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

One day we came home to an unexpected flood where the upstairs bathroom over flowed and came down to the first floor through the ceiling. Once we managed to stop the over flow from upstairs then came the worry of finding a reliable company that can come in and help you with the restoration of drying out your ceiling and ensuring its done professionally and affordable. A friend recommended Innova Restoration and we decided to give them a call and within hours they showed up, assessed the damages and provided a quote that immediately gave the sense that they were very reasonable and in time of need did not felt they were taking advantage of the situation. They worked neat and clean and very diligent. I was extremely pleased and happy with the final outcome. I would definitely recommend Innova Restoration to anyone that has the unfortunate situation that we had.

I would like to thank the entire team at Innova Restoration, but in particular Anadelia who was extremely courteous and professional in scheduling the cleaning of my home carpet. I highly recommend Innova for carpet cleaning services to anyone and any other services you may require. The crew (Joao and Larsson) arrived on time at my house and they did an excellent job. There were a few areas on my carpet where I thought stains were not going to be removed no matter what, but the crew went above and beyond and the stains are gone! These days it is hard to find a company that can provide excellent customer service at a decent price but Innova Restoration has been able to accomplish this! I’m very happy with the service provided by them. Keep up the good work guys!

Innova Restoration is one of the best companies to work with. From the moment I contacted them for suspicion there was a leak and water damage, throughout inspection, helping me find and hire contractors, and making sure everything is tidied up.. they were professional, caring, and provided an amazing customer service. Absolutely recommended.

As a homeowner you worry about any kind of damage to your home and how to fix things. It was a blessing finding Innova Restoration. They really took care of me and my home. They made a thorough inspection, and found what needed to be fixed. They took the time to explain the process, what steps were being taken and what damages I was facing. Every person that was involved was professional and caring. Wherever there was removal, they did it effectively and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed. I will recommend them to anyone. They gave peace of mind through the entire process. Thank you Innova.

Our experience with Innova was fantastic! They were responsive, caring, informative and made sure we knew everything that was happening every step of the way. I felt as though I was dealing with family! It made me certainly feel very comfortable knowing our situation was being well taken care of. I whole hardly recommend Innova for anyone looking!

I was introduced to Innova after my high rise condo suffered significant water damage resulting from a burst pipe within a unit above mine. My HOA hired Innova to clean up the water damage and perform any needed mold remediation. My HOA also hired Innova to complete the drywall repairs resulting from the damage. Obviously, the leak situation was a huge unwelcome aggravation, dealing with all parties involved to make sure that I was covered financially and that the repairs were completed properly. Innova was in the position of being “in the middle;” they were frequently onsite to complete repairs in the damaged units where the unit owners were stressed out and upset. They needed to coordinate times with all of the individual unit owners to schedule access and complete repairs within a strict timeline. My unit is a loft unit with a spiral staircase, so the Innova staff had to lug their equipment up and down the stairs to access my walk-in closet. As far as the objective work goes (drying, cleaning, remediation and drywall repair)…excellent work. What makes them great to work with is the people. Natalie, Miguel and their loyal crew were very patient and cooperative. They assisted me tremendously by slowly explaining the process and simply by being available to communicate when I had a question. I strongly recommend working with them, and without hesitation.

Innova was incredibly professional, responsive and thorough in completing their job on my bathroom remediation. They took great strides to accommodate a construction deadline I had, and they did a good job remediating my master bathroom. I now have peace of mind that there is no more hidden mold from an old plumbing leak. Their workers were very polite, cleaned the area each day so it was neat and tidy, and they even mopped the floor of my house to remove any shoe tracks going in and out of the house. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

We had a great experience with Innova Restoration. They were extremely thorough and patient as we worked through a homeowners claim. The communication was excellent throughout the project and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy and the job is done right. Would highly recommend!

Super happy about contacting Innova Restoration services! They came to my apartment and inspect my bathroom for water damage, mold mitigation and mold cleaning, they did an excellent job, also left my carpets brand new. All the stains in the carpets are gone. During the whole process, the guy was super professional. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning, removal and would definitely recommend Innova Restoration to anyone who needs any professional situation dealing with mold, or water damaged.

We were very pleased with the service of this company! The two gentlemen worked extremely hard, cleaning out our vents, and they were very professional, and very kind. Their work was excellent, and they were very prompt. I would highly recommend this company for cleaning out your vents and air ducts!

Innova did a phenomenal job of helping out with the removal of my kitchen cabinets and mold on my kitchen. They were very flexible about accommodating my crazy schedule without any fuss. They had a good sense for the value of customer service. Constant communication and checking up after services were done to make sure I did not need anything else. Thank you Innova and your amazing team. I definitely recommend it to anybody that needs restoration services. Hassle free and trustworthy people.

Unfortunately I have had to request their services two times within 3 months.

Once for a neighboring tenant who's water heater leaked causing flooding to their unit and spread mold to ours.

Again after an ac leak flooded our unit and damaged walls and wood frames.spreading mold .

However in both instances the Innova team has been amazing to work with.

Not only did the team explain each aspect of the process and necessary required treatment , but also made sure all affected areas were properly treated to prevent future growth. The dehumidifiers, scrubbers, microbial spary, and fog required were all safe.for the pets and with minimal noise.

Carlos did an amazing job explaining the process and equipment needed and time for each stage. His honesty and transparency made sure we had a good experience and made sure we felt comfortable proceeding and compared rates and treatment plans with competitors.

The technican dispatched Sami was friendly ans professional even going above what his scope of work was to make sure we felt comfortable and had a good experience. His intrusion to the property was minimal and cleanup efforts were appreciated.

I would highly recommend use of this company if you should come to need need their services. The professionalism and honesty says alot beyond competitors .

This is the company you need to call for your emergency and restoration. Especially if you are in the need to disinfect and sanitize your home or office. They are prompt to respond and attentive to details. Their crew is exceptionally careful, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd give them 10 stars!

Innova was great to work with. The guys who came to the house was very professional and kind. They also took great care of working around and protecting our stuff while they work. The guys worked around the crazy holiday schedule that we had. We are happy with the work that was done . Our only negative was alittle miscommunication but all was worked out ..would recommend!

The company did a wonderful job in remodeling my small needs. They were on time and we’re very professional from start. Highly recommended

Had an 11AM appointment for an estimate scheduled today. Received a reminder text yesterday, no one showed up or called to reschedule. I sent a text to phone number I was given to see what was going on and no response. Looking for someone else. 👎👎👎 Discouraging.

They remodeled the entire house and the job was excellent. They provide satisfaction guarantee which is hard to find and inspires confidence that the work will be done right.
