Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

We were extremely happy with the entire process from getting the estimate to installation of the gutters. Both the estimate and installation were very quick and efficient. The gutters look amazing! Seamless installation that matches the house perfectly! It has already rained several times since the installation and the gutters work great!! We will definitely be recommending CJS Aluminum to everyone we know.

I've used CJS Aluminum a number of years ago when I could not get anyone to look at some minor soffit repair. They came out and fixed them at a reasonable cost considering my repairs probably took them less than 20 minutes and I live well outside the city.

Fast forward to present. I had some issues getting someone to come to my place and inspect, primarily due to what sounds like an employee who is no longer there. I stayed with it since I knew the team that does the repairs is phenomenal. I had about 15 feet of soffit ripped out from Hurricane Milton and other areas of lose soffit. John came out for the inspection. He texted me during the day to give updates on his expected arrival, which I very much appreciated. He gave a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. Sammy came out for the repairs a week later. Sammy was wonderful to deal with. I was not home, but he spoke with my wife to review the repairs to be done. I met Sammy later and he could not have been nicer and did top notch work. I couldn't have done it better.

I still think CJS Aluminum does excellent work and highly recommend them. I already talked with John about upgrading my gutters and having them do it in a few years.

Recently had my soffit replaced on the back patio, CJS did an awesome job at an affordable price. They were able to complete the job in one day.

This is a great company to choose for installing gutters on your home! Their prices are fair and their installers are experienced and care about providing a quality finished product. Their owner went above and beyond to deliver an excellent solution to a challenging issue with our install. I don’t often leave reviews, but I highly recommend CJS Aluminum as an excellent company, run by people with integrity. You can count on them to deliver a quality job at a fair price!

CJS Aluminum, and particularly the Project Manager, Karrie Krell, did a fantastic job coverting our screened porch/lanai, with a paver on dirt floor, to a three-season sunroom, with a house floor height concrete slab. They paid close attention to details on our tight project schedule and made sure all aspects of the job were completed ahead of the schedule. Karrie always kept us informed on the progress of schedule tasks and ensured issues were addressed and resolved immediately. The company employees and concrete subcontractor were courteous and professional. CJS Aluminum's high-quality work and excellent service gave us a fantastic living space our family uses daily. Highly Recommended!

This is the third time we have used CJS, and they are great every time. This time it was for soffit replacement on my whole house and they did an outstanding job. Done in one day. I cannot say enough about how great this company is, how professional, friendly, just everything about them is terrific. I already have another project for them in the next month, and will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of good, honest, great people, they are just all around great.

I had CJS replace the soffit, wrap the fascia and replace the gutters. What an amazing job! The estimate was done and sent to me in one day's time. I was quoted 5 weeks out for an install but it was done ahead of schedule. The office staff was kind and informative. John was fantastic to work with and a great listener. He executed our request exactly as we envisioned. My one small criticism: I found an empty water bottle, a few cigarette butts and some straggler pieces of old soffit in my flower bed but other than those nit picky and easily remedied things, the job was immaculate.

Kerri is wonderful to work with - she helped us build a 12' x 36' screened-in enclosure over our back porch. And Bill is amazing as he single-handedly installed the entire porch! Bill is clearly a perfectionist because his work was meticulous and the finished enclosure was perfect! I can't think of anything negative to say about CJS Aluminum. We would highly recommend them!!

I purchased a home that didn't have gutters on the front of the house and the gutters on the back were not seamless or position correctly for water to drain out. I'm so glad that I found CJS Aluminum who installed 6" gutters along with 3x4 downspouts in the color white to my home in June 2023.

The sales rep who came to my home was on time and gave me the quote before he left. The gutters look very nice and keeps water away from my foundation.

The Crew they sent out to my house was great and made quick work out of installing my new gutters. The gutters look great and match with the prior gutters the company installed on our house a few years ago.

I called Mr Philip White on Saturday the 1st of February Philip was at our home within 2 hour to view the water damage by Monday the 3rd his crew had the machines in our house before noon. Throughout the process Phil stayed on top of everything and was very helpful walking me through the claim process. Mr. White very experienced in dealing with water damage, Insurance companies and etc. I have no problem with referring Phil to anyone who is need of Water Damage restoration services.

Phil's team painted the exterior of our house back in August, and I am still SO in love with how it turned out! His crew was always on time, and were on it! They answered every question we had, and pointed things out to us that they thought we should know. When there was a mix up about the color for our dripline and gutters, they made sure it got taken care of quickly! Even showed up on the weekend to get it done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phil and his team to anyone looking for house painting!

My HOA cited me for a dirty roof and I immediately called Phil. He didn’t disappoint. He’s a true professional and really knows his stuff. He made my roof sparkle and I didn’t even know it could look that good. Wow! He also made some other recommendations on some mold questions I had. I’ll definitely be using him again. He’s won a customer for life. Top notch quality, professionalism and a very fair price. You won’t get better than Phil and his team! I would give him 10 stars if I could. A+++++

Phil and team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and just good people. They showed up within an hour of my calling, and were putting out drying equipment shortly thereafter. They have amazing customer service and they know how to interact with adjusters to expedite claims. Just call Phil!!

The guy was very responsive and upfront about the job, required work to get my ceiling repaired and dried out. He offered a good price and was able to begin work right away. He also provided referrals for other local contractors, for additional work I have, that have been in business in Orlando for many years. Super happy with Philip White.

I absolutely can’t say enough about the wonderful Job that Phil did on our home. We absolutely love it. They were so polite and professional. Started the job exactly when they said and continuously spoke with my husband about the progress and accommodated any changes we requested. They painted our home and our pool deck. We have gotten so many compliments on the job they did. I would highly recommend them and we will probably use them again in the future for a few other projects.

After Hurricane Ian, Phillip answered my call and we set a time for him to come look at my damage — this was after I’d tried and been put on ‘call back’ and ‘waiting lists’ by multiple other companies. He and his wife came in and helped quickly cleaned up the mess and likely save a ton of my drywall. He diligently took care of the issue over a week time frame ensuring everything was completely dry.

Then, two weeks later another crazy 6+ inches of rain storm resulted in more water damage… Phillip and his team came out again and helped me in-kind because it had happened again so soon…I am truly thankful for his help and genuine care & kindness, I highly recommend him!!!

Our home was saved because of Phil and his team. Our upstairs air conditioning unit backed up and had been leaking for several days when we discovered it. The same afternoon we discovered it, Phil was there an hour after we called him. He has a wealth of knowledge, experience and is super personable. I highly recommend his company.

Phil and his team came out quickly when my air conditioner soaked my carpet and were professional throughout the whole experience. They're very knowledgeable about water damage and really responsive. I'd definitely recommend them if you have water damage to your property that needs to be taken care of!

Flooded house, panicking wife and I am not at home, one call to Philip White Orlando Water Damage and the reply was, calm down, everything is going to be alright, we are on the way. He arrived within twenty minutes. I have lived in places where the police weren’t that fast. He went to work immediately explaining to us This was common and they knew what to do. During the entire process Phillip and his team of professionals were efficient, caring and effective. I highly recommend Phillip White and his crew for all your water damage repair needs. He dealt directly with the insurance company and made the entire experience as painless as possible. Six out of five star rating!!

Woke up to our house flooding, our brand new wood floors ruined. Phil was to our house within an hour and helped guide us through the entire process. He came out every day, at the time he stated he would and walked us through the house, showing us the progress that was happening. He was very patient with our questions and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of reconstruction and repairs. I would highly recommend him. He offered a knowledgeable and reassuring hand during an incredibly stressful event.
