I had a small fire in my kitchen. There wasn't a lot of fire, but there sure was a lot of smoke! Kattar, Dom, Jose and the rest of the team did an amazing job from start to finish cleaning up the mess. They were extremely professional and reassured me that they would get it taken care of properly. They help me working with my insurance company, documenting and submitted estimates so that I didn't need to lift a finger. I highly recommend them.

Fabian, Eduardo and Francisco did a great job at my house. I had a water loss due to hurricane Ian and they came, inspect the damages and explained me the process step by step about what had to be done. I’m so grateful with this team they were cautious while they were here working and performing the mold remediation. I would definitely recommend this team to everyone. Thanks a lot.

The Servpro team came to my house to answer my emergency call about a broken toilet pipe in my bathroom. They did a professional and very clean job thanks to their team, Eddy and Fabián.

Thanks to the Servpro Orlando team (Victor, Francisco and Jesus), who supported us with Hurricane Milton, when our house was affected by a tree that hit the roof, they did an excellent packing, demolition and cleaning process, we are truly completely satisfied with the result of their work.

Our office was flooded due to a burst pipe in the building. Manny and Victor were very professional and worked diligently each day. We appreciate the attention to detail and suggestions they made to recover our office space more quickly.

We had a separate team for moving back in Javier and Luis and their team moved us back in, it went smoothly and efficiently and the job was complete before Close of business. They were amazing to work with and we would definitely use them again!

Buyer Beware!
I used ServePro for mold remediation in my master bath toilet room and closet. They did a good job with remediation of the mold, however broke my toilet when removing it or putting it back in place. I have spoken with my representative Elian, and the manager and they are not doing anything to replace the toilet they broke. Next step is the BBB! Suzanne C.

Had a flood in the office due to a/c. Servpro came out with a hour if calling to address the water. Juciano was our tech he was very courteous and through. Hopefully we will not need their services again but if we do I give them a call without hesitate.

As of now, everything appears to be going well. Jose, Ricardo, and Luciano have done a solid job. Friendly guys. They didn’t remove pieces of drywall that didn’t need to be removed, saving me money, and being transparent about the process.
