Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

I was looking for a reliable company to make repairs and upgrades in my warehouse and came across to Standard Construction.

I read some of the reviews like must people do nowadays and gave them a call, met with their project manager; they came up with a plan and after 3 weeks the job was completed

I’m very satisfied with their quality of work, always on time and very efficient, I would definitely recommend this company.

The crew of Standard Construction went above and beyond on my project. It was a great experience from the sale to the finish of the project. The crew was polite and knowledgeable, cleaned their work area everyday. The project entailed living room/dining room ceiling, replaced living room walls, replaced all electric and painted bathroom walls and ceiling, installed new floor tile and fixtures. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I trust this company, they did the work at my house, they were very quick, very effective and very professional.

Just want to put this at the very beginning that Yuri and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on giving my house a new life. I initially got in contact with Yuri for some simple drywall repair, which led to painting the whole interior of the house, and then popcorn ceiling removal and repainting the ceiling. Yuri is very responsible and knowledgeable by checking in everyday for the progress of the project. His team is very professional and most importantly very nice. They make sure the work is done properly and beyond the standard. I thank them for all the hard work and I would definitely recommend Yuri to anyone who needs the services he has to offer.

I contacted Standard Construction to help me with a few projects around the house. I had a handyman here prior and there were some things that he was having a hard time with and wasn’t able to do. These guys came in and were able to get it done and very quickly. The did a great job and I will be contacting them again for future projects.

Yuri and his team did excellent work at my mom’s house as we prepared it for sale after my stepdad’s passing. It was stuck in the 1960s. It needed a complete gut of the kitchen and bathrooms along with removing a wall, new floors, etc. They were very professional and did the job very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Great Communication between builder and buyer

Sean Marks has been nothing but exceptional. She has been wonderful to work with.

The entire team that was a part of my home build was efficient and professional. My project manager, Josh, was excellent and responsive. My builder, Bryan was the best and built me the exact home I requested. He provided relevant consultation about appliances and construction. I am very happy with my home.
