Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

Absolutely awesome job at a very fair price for our summer kitchen. Thiago and his team did a great job and were extremely easy to work with. We made multiple changes through the process and they never had an issue making those happen. Thiago made sure everything was perfect before taking final payment. I was very impressed and would highly recommend his company.

"I recently had my outdoor kitchen designed and built by Pick A Dream Outdoor, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They truly brought my vision to life with excellent attention to detail. The communication throughout the project was fantastic—clear, timely, and professional. They made sure everything went smoothly, and the entire team was respectful and professional from start to finish. Not only did they deliver high-quality craftsmanship, but they also made sure to clean up after each day’s work, leaving the space spotless. On top of all that, their pricing was very good for the level of service provided. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to create a beautiful and functional outdoor space!"

Mr Gontijo went above and beyond on the construction of our outdoor kitchen. My wife and I were very please with his craftsmanship from start to finish of the process. The price was fair, and they did everything they promised on time. I am glad we chose his company and would recommend it to any friend of family.

I have searched high and low for a contracror to build my outdoor kitchen. This company came through with outstanding work and quality. I cannot express enough how much I love my outdoor kitchen. Thiago is not only amazing at his craft but he has probably the best attitude of all the contractors I have ever dealt with. Attention to detail, customer centric and goes far above and beyond what one might expect. And he delivers on time, within agreed budget, cleans up and his people are just as great! Contractors like him are hard to find so if you're looking for a contractor specializing in summer Kitchens (or any other remodeling) call Thiago!! He's a keeper!

Pick A Dream is an excellent company!!! They remodeled my old summer kitchen including a new dishwasher…And add another brand new section later with more appliances like a pizza oven, a stove and and an ice machine… They also built a gas fire pit, a bar and a “built in” Hibachi table with lots of storage underneath… I even bought an infrared sauna with them and Mr. Gontijo went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs!!! Everything looks so beautiful!!! Great service, good quality of material and fair price!!! I totally recommend Pick A Dream!!!

I highly recommend them! The team was amazing, from the initial quote to the completion of the service. They built my outdoor kitchen and the result was incredible! They were super organized and the service was impeccable! 10/10

Tiago and his team did a great job on completely renovating my outdoor kitchen area. It looks better than I expected. And they are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

David D. Dew at Summit provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely responsible, professional, and always made sure everything was handled the right way. What really stood out was how kind and respectful he was throughout the entire process—he genuinely cares about his clients and it shows.

If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers great service and treats you right, I highly recommend David.

I had a very negative experience with a Summit Fire Inspection employee named Jeremy.
He arrived an hour and a half later than the scheduled time to perform a fire alarm test, which was already frustrating. However, what made the situation much worse was his attitude and behavior once inside my room. Jeremy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate comments that were completely unacceptable.
As a guest, I should never feel uncomfortable or unsafe during a routine inspection, yet that is exactly how this interaction left me feeling. There is no excuse for this kind of conduct, especially in a role that requires entering private guest spaces.
Jeremy seriously needs coaching on professionalism, respect, and appropriate communication. His behavior does not reflect well on Summit Fire Inspection at all.

Wasted time -- it's about four "please hold for assistance" and each one is different. The operator who did answer advised that it was not possible to talk to anyone, and that they do not service Orlando, as they are actually located in Stuart, Florida??? 32808? It was a very bizarre phone call.

Fast friendly service

Very professional
