Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

Brian is a man of his word. Always available and on time to deliver permit service. I was stuck with such a huge issue with the city. After a long search and an affordable price, I have been able to sleep peacefully knowing Brian is there to take care of my house needs. Strongly recommended, and thanks again.

Hunter Contractors saved the day when another contractor failed to perform on a lanai extension project that was timed to complete with a separate pool installation. Brian has high integrity and excellent work ethic; within a day or two of giving my deposit he had material on-site, ready to work and maintained the commitment to get my project back on track just like he promised. The engineering they inherited from the previous contractor had issues, but they diligently worked through and fixed all inspection findings without complaining or requesting change orders from me. I’m very happy with how the exterior turned out. What could have been better was the communication and attention to detail with some of his contractors. In particular the interior drywall and trim around the windows that were converted to doors is sub-par. It is messy, uneven and despite sending a 2nd person to address it does not have a professional finish. I will be hiring someone else now to properly fix. Therefore, overall I’d give Hunter Contractors 3 1/2 stars.

Brian is a great contractor did everything the job called for with no hesitation I told him I wanted to turnkey job and that is exactly what I got. I picked out and directed him every way I wanted and everything I wanted and he got it done called me what every update I did not have to look for him still in contact with me through the whole time, very professional would recommend him.

Brian handled the interior modifications for our painting studio, and working with him was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, he was always available by phone or text to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer support. His professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process completely stress-free. Brian not only ensured that the work was done efficiently and to a high standard, but he also offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the overall outcome. I truly appreciated his attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to getting things right. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and supportive service.

All I can say is woww, what a great service with professionalism. Someone refer me to him while I had an emergency to get my roof replaced in two weeks or else…! With my HOA and my mortgage company. Once I call Brian, the reinsurance was so generous I was no longer stressed out about this. Mr Brian left everything he had to do and make I had this removed and replaced in one week. He didn’t charge me over pricing because I wanted right away. He sits down with me and come to an agreement where I can afford. He go beyond to provide me with latter and pictures to provide to forward to my HOA and my mortgage company. I could say he actually safe me. I wouldn’t know what to do and where to go to h
Get this done out of packet with the little money that I had. Best personally and very humble of person. Congratulations Brian and thank you so much for helping me the way you did

They installed protective bars on our mobility scooters to protect the plastic body’s. Now that we are reopened we will be in contact again to upgrade the new fleet. Excellent work.

They added an electrical system, hung a TV, and installed an A/C unit in my small enclosed motorcycle trailer. Super clean, with no wires. This place is the real deal. Don’t let the low prices fool you. If you need work done on an enclosed trailer, you’ve found the best. If you can dream it, they can build it.

I brought several 4X10 sheets of Galvanealed steel for them to cut up into 16 different dimensions. about 16 different rectangles with all different sizes needed to be cut out of these sheets. They measured and cut them all perfectly, the price was great, And they were able to get it done quickly. I wish I had more metal projects so that I could work with them again. Super duper recommend them
