Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

Very prompt and professional and courteous, answered all calls timely. Helped us in a prompt time, had to come back out for another flooding issue but did a great job both times. Will be using them for a roof issue soon. Thank you JD Restoration

These people are scammers they are affiliated with public adjusters, I just learned they got paid 32,000 for placing fans that messed up my air conditioner brought a plumber that never explained what was done, ceiling leaking within 2 months again. Called ,emailed for invoices not even to make a claim, no response at all, I could not get an affordable insurance of course, I will seek legal advise now. Stay away these people are scammers.

Great Service.. I was very impress with the ethical, professionalism and time management this company offers. They truly work for the client and ensures they deliver the service they advertise, from the beginning.

So, far the experience has been great. The two girls that are dealing with our case have done an excellent job. They are kind, responsible, responsive and happy to answer all our questions. Kuddos to them for their excellent service and professionalism.

Excellent service! The girls that came to my house were so nice to me! Riham and Katherine. They explained everything to me and they are such a nice girls!

When they came to my house to install the machines at my kitchen the guys were nice and they left my kitchen clean with the machines working and explain me everything again. Thank you all for an excellent service.

If I'm being honest very professional great with communication always on time. Very smooth process. I've personally been dealing with the twins mostly and they go out of their was to keep me informed on everything. Highly recommended A++

Once they got paid from the insurance they didn't want to help us any longer. Their tarps didn't last more than 3 months, ripped and sand bags came open. The work was done in Pembroke Pines, but the decision not to help us was made from the main company, so that's why this posting is important. They won't do their job after they get paid. They actually replied to my claims rep stating that.

Everything was great, they would keep me up to date and show up on time and answer all my questions... until I got an email from my insurance saying they got paid.
Then they never answered my calls, stopped reaching out to me, and didn't care that they left a giant gaping hole in my shower, leaving it unusable for months. Never again.
Edit for response: they responded to this review two YEARS after I posted it, and I posted it months after they ghosted me. This is the first thing I have heard from them since my insurance paid them. That's the responsiveness you can expect after they get their money.
