This company rocks customer service! We purchased a home with wiring nightmares and called 2 other companies prior. CFE was our 3rd and final call. We are so happy with their services; their techs are polite, friendly and know their job. This particular job required turning off power several times to complete each phase. They told me what the procedure was, step by step. (And the old bee hives in the attic didn't stop them).
If you need an electrician this is the company to call!

Central Florida Electrician's is about 80% done with my project--which included significant rewiring, multiple new panels, and a lot of custom work. The team's problem-solving skills are great and their customer service is the BEST of all my subcontractors (plumbing, framing, drywall and more). They get my five star recommendation--and not only am I happy to refer my friends and family to them.... I already have!

To be honest Doug was so disrespectful from the moment we got on the phone with each other. He was rude to me and my wife when we were talking with him. I was so dumbfounded that someone could behave in such manner that I continued to talk to him just to entertain the fact that I wanted to see what more he could do. He told me that this simple job would cost a ridiculous amount of money, when multiple electricians would do it for less then HALF of the price. Im assuming just because I'm old, he wants to take advantage of me. STAY AWAY

My experience with Doug, Ben, Blake and the rest of the team was awesome. We had a tough electrical rewire job for them to handle as we have an 80 year old house made of cinder block for both the exterior and interior walls. The electricians Ben and Blake and a couple others handled the complete rewire with great communication. Doug Spence Jr. was a great frontman who handled all of my questions quickly and too my satisfaction. The entire team was excellent.

Central Florida Electrician is a solid, reliable firm with capable employees that shows up on time, gets the work done when scheduled, and takes ownership when there is a problem and fixes it. We have had our electrical panel replaced because of our builder choosing a cheap, unreliable vendor for the breakers, and CFE has corrected multiple wiring issues (again, the builder). Finally, we love the work that was done to install our solar panels and batteries. This is a company that you can count on!

CFE did a fantastic job swapping out our three electric panels, giving us first class "forward thinking" electric panels. Just seeing the clean build of these panels really set our mind at ease - our panels were very well thought out and allow us a platform to upgrade for Electric Vehicles, generators, etc. should we choose to do so. Excellent communication, friendly service and hands-on involvement by the owner really shows that this is a company that cares and does a job the right way. Pricing was very appropriate and reasonable!

We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality and detail we received from CFE! We purchased a home (built in 1959) and needed a complete rewire. We were quoted by a few electricians, some well known, some who never called back. We really felt comfortable with Doug’s knowledge, the customer service and the trust he had in his electricians. The cost was very fair - we weren’t looking for basement bargain pricing, we wanted it done right and correctly. Endry was the lead/foreman on the project and we felt SO SAFE in his hands. He’s detailed, extremely knowledgeable, a delightful perfectionist and made sure everything was done on point and correctly. Between old wiring and some nasty DIY electrical “fixes” over the years, there were a lot of dangerous issues found along the way. The work took a little longer than expected for those reasons (we were home the whole time and saw what they were dealing with) but we were not forgotten, nor was the work left hanging. Endry made sure every last thing was in check up to final inspection. We were consulted along the way as to our preferred circuit/wiring configurations so it made the most sense. Of note, the rewire was completed just over a year ago and I’m happy to report there have been ZERO issues. I know reviews are helpful not just after the contractor pulls away, but how the work holds up and I feel it’s important to mention that here. We moved in feeling very concerned about the wiring and that stress has disappeared because of the trust we have in the work. Extremely happy that we found and went with CFE! :)

I had a really solid experience with Doug And his staff. The hurricane took out the electrical services on my duplex. Doug came and evaluated the situation gave me a reasonable estimate and perform the work if Short order and professionally. Jessica walked me through the steps needed to get the electric back on. Bottom line they both made it easy for me. I would highly recommend them!

We turned our Florida Room into a work-from-home office... but it gets HOT in there. So we added a portable AC.
NOPE. Because of the way the house was built (and rewired), the exterior outlets were on the same circuit, and it was all just too much, and it kept tripping the breaker.

I called Central Florida Electrician, and they came out and gave me a free quote on running two new lines and troubleshooting some old outlets that had been previously covered up during the re-wire.

Their crew showed up exactly on time, ran 2 new 20 amp circuits, and were able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the other two outlets.

Now the AC and my cold plunge have their own circuits, and we have two new outlets in the office, each on separate circuits.

They were fast, clean, and incredibly helpful, giving me some insights on future expansion projects for a wired shed and upgrading my garage.

The only thing that could have been better would have been a little faster turnaround from quote to install, but for non-emergency service around July 4th, it was still well within reason.

100% recommend.

I can’t say enough amazing thanks about this company! The guy has 22 years experience and can fix anything. I had two other people look at the electrical issue and they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for a half day job including cutting into my walls, whereas this company had it fixed in 1 hour. No dry wall repair needed.

I was so happy that I also had him install a new garbage disposal because mine was broken and driving me crazy. It looks amazing!! It can be hard to find honest workers who won’t take advantage of you, especially as a single girl homeowner, and this place is one of those rare gems. I won’t use anyone else now!

Nick did an amazing job for us. When I initially heard the hourly rate, I thought that it was high but then he turned out to be the most efficient and productive electrician we've seen. His time was worth every penny.

CFE installed a 40KW standby generator with a whole house surge arrester. The professionalism, quality and service was first class. They found a few Deficiencies in my existing panel and made those adjustments as needed. Every aspect of what I had was scrutinized to ensure proper function, safety and longevity. Before and after photos testify to the quality of their work, but not to the rapid response and outstanding effort that Central Florida Electrician provided our family following a late night power failure at our home. The melted cable was identified at 11pm Sunday by the utility. Doug was at our home early Monday morning to evaluate the problem. He applied for the required county permit, notified the utility to turn off the power, sent Nick to install a replacement box for the one installed in 1985 that failed, arranged for the required county inspection, and then contacted the utility company to reconnect the power line. All this was accomplished in under 10 hours! Central Florida Electrician earned our sincere thanks and thorough satisfaction. A tip of the hat to Doug and Nick for work well done that proves that Central Electrician should be your one and only call when you have an electrical project at home or work!

Yury came on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule and install a car charging station. He was very professional, doing exactly what was required efficiently and at a reasonable price. Best of all he did not try to up sell me. Would definitely recommend.
