Can I tell you how amazing it is to have run into this opportunity to not only replace my Air Conditioner but have Solar? I truly was willing to wait for my appointment , however when I expressed that my A/C was failing this company sent Bryton out to see me with in and hour after I signed up. Bryton sat down with me and explained everything.

I have been dealing with Florida State Energy for close to a year. The initial sales call promised to the following:

- $24K tax rebate
- Significant drop in energy bills
- Quick installation time

The truth is much different.

The system that was recommended for our home could not be installed because of building codes the company was not aware of. They installed a smaller system but I was told (and have documentation on) that we would still recognize a significant reduction in our energy costs.

The installation time was over 4 months late. The company NEVER reached out to me proactively to explain the delays. I would always have to contact them to get an update.

Once installed, the system did not work because it was wired incorrectly. Once the issue was fixed, the promised savings never happened. In addition, the tax rebate was not provided.

The following is a conversation I had via text concerning this company's lack of communication and concern about the issue:

"Hello David,
I apologize that the solar experience is not living up to your standards. I did speak with you previously, informing you that the system was sold and sized from Florida State Energy and that Solcium Solar's role as the installer is to monitor the system.

I have reached out to Bryton and the team multiple times on your behalf and escalated this but my team and myself have not gotten any replies."

I would say that this has been my experience. A total lack of communications and concern for any issues once they sold the system.

Great overall job, any obstacle I presented my sales representative Christian was able to handle. I didn’t think solar could be so smooth and understandable. Glad I made the switch

This company went above and beyond. Friendly staff and amazing service. I got a brand new Trane system through them and hopefully will get solar also.
