I consulted with Energy Technology Services, Inc (ETS, INC.) to select a Whole House Generator.
1. ETS, INC recommended the 22KW Generac Generator based on energy usage.
2. ETS, INC secured the generator and coordinated the installation and testing
3. ETS, INC provided all external electrical wiring for the Generac Generator.
4. ETS, INC constructed a screen to hide the generator.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend allowing ETS, INC for your electrical projects.

Had ETS come out and replace an inverter. They did an amazing job, very professional! and he was super nice. They even connected my Wi-Fi to my inverter.

Energy technology services has done several jobs for me. They installed a 22kw generator system, upgraded my service panel and wired a remodel. The work is impeccable and they are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We contracted with Energy Technology Services to install a 22KW whole house generator. The process is more complicated than one might think, and involves not only major electrical work, but coordination with the natural gas provider, a gas contractor, a surveyor, and multiple city permits and inspectors. ETS coordinated everything. There were some delays, but those were caused by the availability of the other contractors. When Tiger Arnold told us he would be here, he was here
We also had him install some outdoor lighting and some security lights, and they function perfectly.
As for the generator, it just had its first live trial. We heard a loud noise that turned out to be a power pole transformer blowing up. The entire neighborhood went dark, except for our house. Within 5 seconds of the power going off, the generator ETS installed for us turned on automatically, and our power was restored. Air conditioning, lights, refrigerator and freezer, television, internet...all ran as though the utility company was still providing electricity. And when the power was restored 90 minutes later, the generator shut off, just as it was supposed to.
We would recommend Tiger Arnold and Energy Technology Services to anyone needing electrical work of any type performed. You won't be disappointed.

Edit: The company said they would put me on a service call list and I declined. I was never offered that. They even said they wouldn't put me on a list, because they are too busy. I desperately need the lightning system serviced, so I would have taken the option to be placed on a list.

I called this company based on the 5 star reviews I see on Google and I left a message. Four days later, I call back because I didn't hear from them. I was told they are too busy and would not schedule an appointment for me. I asked why she didn't call me back, and she said she's too busy to make call backs. Then hire more staff!! So unimpressed with this company.

We just had a brand new system installed on our home after having the roof completely replaced. They were a pleasure to work with onsite, and with the multiple vendors coming and going between the roof replacement, ceiling repairs, mold remediation, painting, new gutters... They were the only vendor we didn't have a single issue with! Plus, they were very mindful of where the grounding rods went in the ground to avoid irrigation and other pool lines. And the overall installation was very thorough and professionally done. They were slightly more than the other bids we received, but so glad we went with them, as we definitely got our money's worth!
