Stay away from this company! I had $26,000 solar system installed on my house. Every step, I have had to call, text, or email with NO response each time. I am paying for a system that is not working and can not reach anyone for assistance to have it turned on. The man who worked for the solar company and sold the system to us has quit the company because of lack of response.

Sean just completed the installation of a new outlet in our garage to lessen the load on our GFI breakers.
Altech had the opportunity to run up additional charges for also installing a new GFI breaker, but both Troy, in your office, and Sean felt that the outlet installation would solve the problem without additional unnecessary charges.
The work was performed professionally by a very polite and proficient technician and I was very happy with the performed work and reasonable charge.

Incredibly helpful people. I talked to Bob and he answered my questions about getting new power to my property. He wasn't interested in just taking my money either, which is a rare quality with Electricians. I will call him and use Altech for all my future electric needs! Don't hesitate to call them and ask for Bob. I think he's one of the owners.

Is a great company with great workers.

Very honest and helpful. I previously spoke to another electrical company about switching some 2 prong electrical outlets to 3 prong outlets. It was going to be fairly cheap, but the guy never showed up. I spoke to Bob from Altech who explained to me that what I was trying to do was going to cost me a lot more money than I was willing to spend (to do it right). I guess the other people were trying to scam me, and Bob was very honest with me. Although I ended up not setting an appointment with him, he gave me plenty of advice on how to take care of my problem on my budget. Thanks so much, Bob!

We recently moved to Orlando from Fort Lauderdale, and when we found some electrical problems in our new place, we had no idea who to call. Fortunately, actually more than fortunately, I picked Altech to address our problems. "Shawn" (our electrical technician) was very knowledgeable and solved the problems right away. We then had him install an antique lighting fixture that the wife wanted up. Shawn accompanied me to the hardware store for missing items, and helped in their selection. Instead of using the old wire in the fixture he rewired it, and made sure that everything was to our 100% satisfaction. I felt like the guy in the Honda commercial who wanted the tech to find something else to fix! Shawn is a perfectionist. Wish the guy who originally wired our house had been! Finally, the bill was a lot better than I had expected - I am truly grateful for that. Last but not least I was impressed by how fast Altech answers their telephone when you call. I give this company an A+ and you can be sure that the next time I need an electrician it will be them!

Altech took advantage of us and we have been in a 4 year nightmare. They decided to do “a few” residential solar accounts and then abruptly quit doing residential solar. The panels have never worked as promised and there is no point of contact to get any help. Stay away from Altech!!!

I couldn't be any more upset about how these people handled the job. I had an installation completed over 6 months ago and we still have not passed a final inspection. I'm not sure why its so difficult to take some photos and put them in the permit bag but they couldn't figure it out. Find another company to do business with or at least make sure the contract states they don't get paid until they've passed their final inspection.

Tech furnished and replaced 4 LED pole light heads in commercial property parking lot

These people are completely inept in just about every way. They installed my solar panel array in November of 2019. As of May 20, 2020, they still have not passed final inspection. They failed twice. One of the reasons is because they failed to include pictures of the array...twice. No one answers when you call. The best I've done is gotten a guy to text me back that they are "working on it". They're always working on it but nothing gets done. Part of the problem is they are located in Orlando and my job was in Palm Beach County. Don't sign a contract with them unless it says they don't get paid until they pass final inspection. Better yet, hire a different company. I have a $40,000.00 system on my house that doesn't work.

We had a wonderful experience with Alltech Electric. I scheduled our appointment with Troy, and Sergio installed an electrical box and our two fans. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. And the rates were very reasonable too! We will definitely use Alltech again!

Did a good job, and he got the work done. Very polite and very professional serviceman. It was the first time my Mom used this company,she has 20 rental units. Her regular guy moved out of the area. The price was 3 times what she is use to paying. She was happy with the work, but just felt like she was way way way overcharged.

I cannot stress enough how professional and these guys are. They perform TOP NOTCH work and their technicians are skilled, clean and courteous. If you need an electrician, Altech might not be your cheapest option but you are getting what you pay for. Talk to Troy at the office and he will get you taken care of. Great job guys!

This company is incredible. Found them on Google. With already great reviews we decided to call them. Troy and Juan came out, found the problem and took care of the issue and the cost was more than reasonable. When they say they guarantee their work, you can certainly believe them. We will be referring them to everyone we know. As a Real Estate Broker, I know a lot of people and my husband is in the service industry. He meets new homeowners every day. Thank you Troy and Juan for a job well done. We will be calling you back for any electrical issues down the road. If you are reading this review call Altech for your electrical issues. Great work, amazing company, we are a family

Altech updated electrical circuits at my house to fix functionality issues that happened when it was built. Caltech also added a garage circuit to enable battery tender and Wifi extender power in my garage. They were on time and implemented the changes cleanly and efficiently. I would use Altech again for the electric service needs at my house.
