Makes contracts with sub contractors and doesn't follow through with full payment. Tried getting a lawyer and was told we can't get our money because they are locked into bankruptcy... horrible company to work with and international became more difficult as the projects progress went on. Not a professional company i would recommend for anyone to use.

NOK Construction kept their word and provided great customer service from start to finish. I was denied by my j company 3 times for roof replacemet because of Storm Damage. From Brock to Ashley, Melissa, Dan and Mark, we had a great experience. They took care of everything and when I say everything, I mean everything. My insurance company initially denied the claim. This company was able to get my roof completely paid. They went above and beyond. Although it took a while to fight my insurance, they were persistent and went above and beyond. We are extremely pleased with the company. I can’t speak higher of them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof done.

I am elderly man confined to a wheelchair and always worry when working with contractors but NOK Construction is probably the most amazing company’s I have ever worked with hands down! Brock, is a great guy, but the owner Daniel Denault is incredible. The guy really cares about his customers and I consider him a friend now. If you have a claim you have to be patient, My insurance company Security First refused to pay my claim and NOK’s team came in and worked for almost a year to get the claim resolved. Anyone considering using NOK Construction look no further you can be sure they will do the right thing and the quality of their work is a 10. They did roofing, restoration, painting, drywall and solar for me and did a get job! You will have to be patient when working with a claim but NOK is the best company to do it with.

To say that my recent experience with NOK Construction in conjunction with Janney Roofing was "outstanding" almost seems to be an understatement. From the initial contact with the field coordinator, to my meeting and consultation with the company owner, the actual one day install of the high quality shingle roof, to the next day removal of the dumpster (my neighbor had to endure a dumpster in his driveway for over a week with rust stains on the driveway being the end result) left me not only excited to have a new roof, but renewed my faith in the promise of work to be delivered. From start to finish the work that was guaranteed was absolutely, and professionally delivered with the lines of communication actively open throughout the process. In my decades of dealing with every level, and type of property improvement contractor I have never been more pleasantly satisfied, and the experience has left me actually looking forward to any future business I may be able to engage in with this company. NOK Construction has found in me a genuine enthusiast.

NOK did a wonderful job replacing our roof. The staff from Brock to Ashley and especially Melissa were incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the process making sure we understood everything that the job entailed.
Because of the date of closing of our house and the tight time frame involved ,Melissa worked tirelessly and was able to move up the installation so closing would not be delayed.

Allstate was my insurance company for 34 years we had only filed 2 claims in all those years. Me and my husband are in our 80’s and live alone, all our children live out of state. Thank god Nok was working in our neighborhood after those storms. Many of our neighbors were getting their roofs replaced. Our insurance company denied our repairs which included interior restoration because we had black mold. We had to sleep on our couch for 9 months because the insurance company refused to pay our claim and there were no contractors willing to help till signing up with NOK Construction. Daniel Denault the owner and his staff were amazing and with their experience they were able to get our claim approved. I also appreciated that through the process they got our children involved and kept everyone informed. Ashley is amazing, Mark and Dan were a blessing. I would definitely recommend this company they made me feel like family!

The prior roofing contractor could not get our roof approved through our insurance company and left it at that. Very limited mind set.
Dan , the owner of NOK came out evaluated and practically guaranteed they could get it approved and completed. He said as long we were patient through the process he could make it happen. We were and NOK came through in flying colors. Dan is all about quality, satisfaction and result driven. The staff at NOK has the same mindset, communication being key. Ashly was our liaison and we cannot say enough great things about her. She kept us up to date and in the loop on the progress of our case and also reassured us it was only a matter of time.
NOK will not only handled our roof , but will be installing our windows, gutters , drywall , paint and solar panels.
In my opinion quality and service has been on the back burner for most companies. NOK is the real deal.
