Home Inspector reviews in Orlando, Florida

Jay did a wonderful job! He was very detail oriented and was sure to hit all of the nicks and cranny’s when inspecting the home. As a real estate agent I always feel a sense of relief after having homes inspected by GoPro. I can go into a deal feeling confident that I am putting my buyer into a good home and protect them from getting into a home that would cause them stress — all thanks to GoPro!

Ivan is one of the most professional and educated inspectors I have met. He is honest and dedicated to his craft and definitely brings pride to his work. If someone ever mentions they need to buy a home I recommend Ivan over at GoPro! He will most definitely be my lifetime home inspector! I would like to also give a shout-out to their admin, Michelle, who has been very responsive and has even provided home inspection solutions for insurance issues that have come up over the years to ensure I’m getting the best rates! Love this team!

Was referred to GoPro for a 4 point and wind mitigation inspections by an insurance agent. They were great, called right away, they were able to make an appointment within a week. They kept me informed via text. Inspector was great and very professional, explained the process and at the end ask if I had any questions. Received my report by next day, inspector sent during the night before. Was able to get new insurance immediately. Thanks GoPro!!

Highly recommend Go Pro Inspections for all your inspection needs. The team was very professional and courteous from making the appointment to having the inspection done. When the inspection was completed, they walked the property with me and showed me how to maintain, clean and use the items around the house. The inspector answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process, and the inspection report was easy to read and understand. #1 inspection company!

This was my first time needing a septic inspection and I couldn’t be happier to have chosen them. I’m in the process of purchasing a home and in the middle of having to deal with so much paperwork and inspections they were honestly the easiest part of the purchase. They respond quickly, they were able to give me an appointment the very next day and we’re there right on time. Not only that but the gentleman who did the inspection was very professional and had a really good attitude, they made it very easy to work with them. 10/10 definitely re come de them!

These guys are awesome! First thing that drew us to them is that they are run and operated by Veterans. We are first time home buyers and needed a 4 point inspection so we called GoPro Home Inspections. Extremely nice, very helpful in explaining all the questions we had and never once treated us like our questions were dumb. Our Inspector was Jay. It was a pleasure to meet him and thank him for his service to our country! Definitely knew the ins and outs of maintaining our 1940's home now and in the future. Made the whole ordeal very easy for us having never had to do this before. Thanks guys for all that you have done and will do! We will be a repeat customer in the future with GoPro Home Inspections and recommend them to everyone!

I reached out to GoPro needing an inspection within 6 days. They were the quickest to respond and get in on short notice. Our new home is a condo so the inspection was a little different. Kelvin was awesome. He showed up early and was very thorough. He was able to answer all the questions I had and identify problems we would not have been able to. We had the report the same day. Highly recommend!

Yariel Hernández was my inspection person, he did an amazing job, he walked us through the process and answer any questions we had .We Highly recommend Yariel for your inspections; and the report was ready first thing in the morning the following day , Thank you Yariel my husband and I appreciate your work

I would highly recommend Go Pro Inspections, they were extremely professional! They made sure every nook and cranny was inspected. They took their time and they explained everything in detail. At the end we did a walk through of the house and went over any concerning areas. They answered all my questions and even offered suggestions on how to upkeep my home in order to maintain appliances. Definitely money we’ll spent!

Wow, Best service ever. We have used Go-Pro twice now while looking to purchase a home. They go beyond to make sure you know what you need to know prior to purchasing a home. They are prompt and take the time to do the job right. Others my offer a lower price, but feel we got the best for our money. If you are buying and need a Home Inspection done just call this group. You will not be sorry you did. Thank you Alberto for doing an awesome job!

Very good quality of work. Mike was on time and very thorough with my home. I felt he cared about his work and very knowledgeable on many things about the home. Very friendly and easy to take too. Respectful of the appliances and careful not to damge anything in the home. I will hire him for any future home inspections and will be recommending him and his company to my friends and family.

Alberto Cruz is an exceptional inspector. He was prompt to our appointment;very thorough with the inspection;and above all he was patient with my and wife's questions regarding the inspection.

He is respectful and very relatable. My wife and I highly recommend Mr. Cruz. Thank you Alberto for your awesome service. Juan and Ivette

I had an exceptional experience with Go Pro, the finest home inspection company in Central Florida. Alberto and Angel surpassed my expectations with their outstanding service. Angel, in particular, stood out as he arrived promptly and immediately began working. His friendly demeanor, courtesy, and, above all, professionalism truly impressed me.

EDIT: I could not leave a second review, as this is my second time with GoPro, so I am updating my original review. First of all, 10 stars would never be good enough. Jennifer in the office was able to get us in right away. She was so helpful and was on top of everything. Everyone I've spoken to in the office has been extremely kind and helpful.

Our inspector, Mike, was so professional. Honestly one of the nicest guys ever, and was incredibly thorough. Our reports were flawless. Top notch quality, you can tell he's committed to delivering nothing less than perfection.

The owner, Alberto, who did our original inspection, even checked in to see how things were going since last time. Veteran owned and operated, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients, past, present and future.

ORIGINAL: I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very helpful, very professional. Amazing staff and inspectors. They go far above and beyond to help you and get the job done right. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the pleasure of working with GoPro for the inspection of a home we are in the process of purchasing! We worked with Michael and absolutely loved the experience! He was thorough, detailed, friendly, and explained everything in so much detail! He was also open and encouraged any questions we had. This is our first time buying a home and we felt super comfortable and informed with Michael’s detailed report! We appreciate you GoPro and will definitely be using GoPro for our future services! Thank you!!

Incredibly prompt response - from my email request to their contacting me for scheduling took only a few hours....on a Saturday! The inspector Alberto was very professional and respectful of our home during the exterior and interior inspections. I would not hesitate to recommend their services based on this experience. Thanks!

Leave it to the PROS!

I have been working with Alberto and his team for over 4 years now, and could not recommend anyone else for this. They take care of my real estate investors, so what more could I ask for?
