Enrique is prompt and educated us when it is okay to go into the pool as the levels are currently off. I asked him to also check to see if our vacuum was working properly and he told us it was. Definitely looking forward to seeing how far the pool goes with their service.

This company is great! I fired my last company because I had to constantly go behind them and clean the pool myself. This company has done a fantastic job at keeping my pool clean. They take their time and really care. Easy to communicate with! One email and things get done. I love the weekly report showing what services they completed, pictures, and what my chemicals read and what they put in the pool!!!!

We received a very nice brochure in the mail, and as someone who used to work in advertising, I could tell this company was very interested in gaining new clients so I thought I would give them a try and I am sure glad I did! I called Pro Backyard on a Saturday and John scheduled my service for Monday! They were on time and he communicated everything with me. He took pictures for my invoice so I could see how things looked before and after. I’ve used other pool companies before and no one has ever done that, so that’s such a nice change for me to see. My pool hasn’t looked this good in a while and I will be scheduling my cell and filter cleanings going forward. His pricing is very competitive and I love supporting local businesses in our community. If you have a pool and need any type of servicing, I highly recommend this company.
