Rhino Carpet Cambio mí frustración en alegria al poner como nueva mi alfombra , un trabajo excelente trabajo y el mismo día !

Horrible horrible. I told him my kids spilled milk all over my living room carpet I showed him the area of where it happen so he can hit those spots more thoroughly. He finished really fast also when he was spraying the cleaning solution or what it was supposed to be (which now from the smell was recycled dirty water) he left and said give it about 6-8 hour's to dry I left to Disney with my kids and got back later around 12 midnight (so we was gone for more then that) when we got back it smelled horrible. I called him back and told him about the smell he then told me that it needs a flush for the pads(extra 50) under the carpet and then explained that he should've asked how much milk was spilled. So I was in need of getting it clean ASAP because we had inspection for the complex,he stated he was booked till Thursday is the earliest he can make it smh. Problem is the complex is inspection tomorrow so I took Matter into my own hands and lifted up the carpet noticed the pad under stunk so bad so I cut the whole area out replaced with new pad and layered the carpet back down. Noticed the smell almost went away so I called him back to let him know his job was not properly done cause the carpet still stunk which should've been properly doing the first time. He told me sorry and came back Thursday. Here we are on Friday after he done it and it smells worst then the first time by. Would never recommend . 200 plus later and my carpet smells worst then when I fixed it myself
